The Space:

THE SPACE & DESIGN

Step into a bright, cheerfully appointed home where yellow, teal, and white accents create an inviting, light-filled atmosphere. Expansive glass sliders blur the boundary between indoors and out, letting you flow seamlessly between the climate-controlled interior and your private outdoor paradise.



LIVING & ENTERTAINING

The open-concept living area centers on comfortable seating with a Smart TV for streaming, while the fully-equipped modern kitchen features all-new appliances, a professional hood, and a ground coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats all eight guests for shared meals. This is a genuinely well-stocked kitchen—you'll find cooking basics, condiments, and extras that let you prepare real meals, not just heat takeout. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to stay connected during your stay.



YOUR PRIVATE OUTDOOR OASIS

This is where the magic happens. The backyard is designed as a genuine resort-style retreat:

Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and towels are all provided. If you're traveling with young children, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.



KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is genuinely well-appointed: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, and cooking basics all covered. Coffee station ready to go each morning. Dining table seats eight. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses provided. This kitchen supports real cooking—whether you're planning family dinners, group brunches, or casual snacking.



FAMILY & GROUP COMFORT

Board games and plastic ware for kids are provided. The home is single-level, making it easy to navigate with groups and families. Free parking on premises and free street parking mean no surprises at checkout. WiFi is available throughout. Air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable year-round. Luggage dropoff and long-term stays are welcome.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, the full property including the backyard oasis, and the garage. Keyless entry provides seamless check-in. On-site parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles in the driveway and garage.

*** CITY REQUIREMENTS: ***

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure.



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***Cancellation Policy:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



***Pool Heating:** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
