  • Come get away from it all in this beautiful condo located in the Palm Valley CC! Choose from over 46 pools to swim and relax in (heated year round!). There are two just 300 ft. away on either side of the home. Or head down to the 110,00 square-foot clubhouse (one of the largest in the country) and enjoy a drink poolside in the junior Olympic-sized pool.
    Enjoy stunning views of the Champion Golf Course, scenic lake with migratory birds, beautiful mountains and palm trees. The fairway patio faces north and gets morning sun and afternoon shade. :->
    Enjoy grilling and entertaining on the private courtyard right off the fully equipped, chef-worthy kitchen.
    Tiled and tastefully decorated throughout.
    The unit is located on the perimeter of the country club for superior views and a better sense of space and privacy.
    Keyless entry via keycode.

Very comfortable stay! Two pretty patios one right on the golf course with a beautiful view of the water, fountain & ducks! The front patio offers quiet respite. Excellent & quick communication with the owners and directions were thorough and concise. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We only stayed one night but it was a great location and condo that I could see utilizing for a longer vacation. It's a little dated but the bathroom remodel and kitchen updates are lovely. The pictures do not match the interior well.Hosts were very easy to reach and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Host was excellent! Clear, very detailed information made it easy. Great golf course views. Peaceful and quiet. Close to shopping and endless golf. The unit is very well equipped and maintained. Will book it again in a heartbeat!! It's also well equipped for a family if needed.

Wonderful stay in the desert!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The house was spacious and clean with a perfect view over the golf course. We enjoyed the many pools within the community to cool off in the heat. Would happily come for a return visit!

The Good: Communications and location were good. Entry into the gated community and condo were simple. They provided soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as laundry detergent. Nice to have a garage. Overall it was generally clean and comfortable. The Not so Good: The shower doesn’t drain properly and had standing water and soap suds on the tile when we arrived and after each use. The pebble tiles on the shower floor were loose and dislodged. The ice maker was completely frozen and was nonfunctional.TV functioned, but there are 4 remotes and no instructions on how to use.

Great location great communication

The place is cute- right on the golf course with quick access to swimming pools. Other than a very minor mix up at checking with the gate guard everything went perfectly.

gREAT lOCATION

A perfect location to get to all the wonderful restaurants and activities. Very quiet, nice floorplan. Kitchen was nice and well equipped, two neighborhood pools nearby to walk to. Beautiful view of the golf course and pond. Front patio is quiet to eat outside. Owner was very accommodating to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable vacation.

Palm Desert Backup

We come to the area every year, staying at a different location. This year the place wasn't available for the full time we wanted to stay, so VRBO had this listing which turned out to be a very nice backup for the additional time we wanted to stay. Everything was good, especially the view from the patio.

Nice central location

We stayed for 10 days. The hosts were great with communication and detailed instructions. Location is in a gated community with lots of pools and golf. It is central to many activities. The condo was slightly dated but clean and very liveable. Would stay hereagain

Palm valley stay

It was adequate. The bed was comfortable. Location is great for out needs. The kitchen was well equipped. There were some maintenance issues that should be corrected. The decor and furnishings were old and out dated. I think the price reflected that.

Relaxing

I loved the neighborhood very quiet peaceful at night watching the bunnies and the roadrunners and the geckos pretty warm out there but the air-conditioning felt great didn’t have to use it at night
