Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.



The Neighborhood:

For outdoor fun, enjoy the tennis courts just across the street, or take a short walk to the clubhouse, community pool, and spa. This home offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and resort-style amenities for your extended desert stay.

Located on Country Club Dr. in Palm Desert, The Lakes Country Club is close to fine dining or upscale shopping on El Paseo. The Interstate 10 and Palm Springs International Airport are but a 15 minute drive away.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: The Lakes CC is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, fitness and tennis.



Golf access is not permitted for this property. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby. Each of The Lakes CC's 902 condominium homes is superbly sited with stunning views of the golf course or lakes and is convenient to one or more of the 44 swimming pools and hot spas available to owners and renters alike.



Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.
