Welcome to The Desert Falls Pool Villa! My 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath upper level Villa is in a Beautiful Landscaped Guard Gated Country Club. 5 min. From
Acrisure Arena. Only a 3 minute walk next door to Shuttle for Coachella/Stagecoach.
. We have over 30 pools, lighted Tennis courts, Gym, Bocce Ball, Pickle ball and world class Championship Golf Course which is semi private so you can play!
As you enter into the light and bright vaulted ceiling main room with cozy fireplace and view of the pool you will know you have hit vacationland!
Enjoy the remodeled Kitchen with Quartz countertops and giant Island which is perfect for entertaining.
The villa features 2 main bedrooms with attached bath and walk in closets but the 3rd bedroom is just as fabulous with vaulted ceiling and built in dresser.
I have a private laundry room with washer and dryer and a 2 car garage with parking in the driveway as well for 4 cars. -**please note** in June only 1 car will be able to park in the garage because I will have my car stored there. We have a large front patio for dining or a large back patio that over looks the pool with BBQ, high -top table, chairs, loungers and day bed.
You can't beat the area, we have 10 great restaurants that are only a 2 minute drive away and 10 minutes to the Casino. 2 minute drive to the 10 freeway and 18 minutes to Downtown Palm springs where fine dining, bars and great shopping awaits! Check out the new Acrisure arena calender for Sporting events and concerts!

Fabulous condo in palm Desert

We have stayed in a lot condos in this area and really loved this one. Very nicely decorated and furnished, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Easy to check in and out. We had a family get together and it worked perfect for us. Will definitely come back again!

Desert Falls Getaway

Lovely time in DesertFalls. Active pickleball dropin with plenty of pools nearby. Golf course available as well. Comfortable accommodations, very quiet and well equipped. Hope to be back….!

Perfect for us!

This property was excellent for our stay in Palm Desert! It was so spacious, comfortable and well equipped! It was immaculate when we walked in and we were so pleased with the decor and the amenities! There were five of us in our group, including one teenager. We all felt comfortable and enjoyed the view so much ! My little Westy dog loved it there and was happy to sit out on the balcony. We enjoyed the closeness of the pool and the gorgeous view. We would love to return. It was perfect for us.

Desert Falls and friends.

My wife and I stayed at Sharise’s condo with two other friends. The accommodation was awesome. The beds comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. Location perfect for us. Morning coffee on deck as the sun came up was a highlight to start the day. Pickleball courts are great at this property We would definitely stay here again. Sharise was very responsive to any question we had.

Amazing stay in this unit at Desert Falls!

WOW! Everything was as described plus extra added touches. Decor is wonderful, place is well stocked(kitchen, towels, lots of extras like, nice soaps shampoo, spices & more). Beautiful big sunny deck on the back, a shadier deck on the front. Sharise was easy & lovely to communicate with. We will definitely be rebooking at this unit!

Peaceful,quiet neighborhood

My adult daughter and I stayed for five days. The condo could easily accommodate six people, we had more than enough room. Everything was great! The pool is directly in front and is very private, most of the five days we had the whole pool to ourselves. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is in very close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved our stay and would definitely rent here again!

Great condo in a great loction convenient to everything. It is the most well equipped rental we have ever seen. From the kitchen utensils to the bathroom amenities, the host provided everything you need. Great location and amenities

We stayed for 4 nights while attending the Paribas tennis tournament. The unit is charming, well stocked with thoughtful additions to help make your stay more comfortable. The location is great, centrally located with easy access to multiple shops, grocery and restaurants. Guests have access to multiple pools, tennis courts and pickleball at no additional charge. We did not get a chance to enjoy these amenities as we were at the tournament during the day but next time we'll plan ahead to incorporate them. Hostess is very responsive and good communicator. Great location with lots of space

Sharise is a wonderful host who was very responsive to all our questions and informative about the home and the surrounding community. This will be the first place we look at when we return to the Indian Wells area and here’s why… The home itself has a well stocked kitchen with almost any items you would need plus lots of extras such as a coffee area with sugar, creamer and even syrups. There was even a shelf with a large variety of spices, plus enough pots/pans, dishes, cups/glasses, and silverware so you don’t have to do wash dishes up after every meal (believe me, I’ve stayed at other places where this isn’t the case and you end up spending your vacation doing dishes constantly so you have something to eat with at the next meal). The home has plenty of blankets and pillows with comfortable beds, enough seating at tables and a very nice balcony with lounges and chairs plus a bar height table. In addition, each of the three rooms all have their own TV plus one in the living room. Other nice extras included q-tips, bath bombs for the soaking tub, body lotions and oils which made the environment even more like home. The home has lots of little notes with instructions on how to turn on items, connect to WiFi or the TV’s, this made settling in very easy. Thanks again Sharise for making our stay at your place comfortable and welcoming.

We've stayed in many homes...this by far was the nicest...beautiful decor and an ample supply of coffee , condiments and household needs...location was excellent...5 minutes to Acrisure Arena and Agua Caliente...10 to El Paseo... Our host responded to my emails quickly and was very nice... Definitely coming back here...

Great place to stay

Property fit our needs perfectly Owner was responsive in a timely manner. When we mentioned there would be no pet she immediately responded and said she would refund tge 100. Pet fee. The house was so well stocked and clean and welcoming. instructions were clear. It was lovely to walk around the country club at dusk with beautiful pink skies and views of the mountains. It was close to grocery shopping.

We stayed for the month of November. It was a family reunion with our 3 adult children. This is one of the most well designed, maintained and equipped units we have stayed in yet. Very clean, with all the kitchen utensils one could ask for, and well supplied with consumables. Sharise even provided a gift basket with wine, snacks and drinks. She was very pleasant to deal with and answered queries promptly . I am completely satisfied with our stay. If we are in the area again i would definitely stay here. Jim

Lovely stay!

The property was perfect for our needs for the weekend! Check-in instructions were clear and coming and going from the guard-gated community was easy. The location is perfect to be able to get to dining and shopping. Take note that the property is on the second floor in case you have mobility issues.
