WE AIM TO PLEASE! This beautiful, well appointed, home backs to Shadow Mtn. golf course with stunning mountain, golf course, & city light views. Located two minutes from El Paseo's world class dining and shopping. This spacious 2,500 sq. ft. home features two en suite masters with king Tempur-Pedic adjustable beds and a third bedroom with a queen sized wall bed that can double as an office or TV room. Fully furnished and equipped. Other amenities include: SubZero wine/bev fridges; Weber grill; huge sofa; well equipped kitchen; so much more!
YOU WILL BE PLEASED with the post-modern look and feel of this newly remodeled and comfortably furnished desert vacation home. Enjoy stately living on the golf course with resort luxuries and unobstructed views (no telephone poles/lines!). It is perfectly located for shopping, dining and recreation. Relax in the private spa, or go for a refreshing swim after a game of golf or a hike. Kick back with your favorite beverage on the oversized teak patio furniture while admiring the gorgeous mountain views . Enjoy the city lights and firepit in the evening.
Situated in a historic area of South Palm Desert you will be less than a mile from El Paseo Drive, often called the Rodeo Drive of the desert, and just five minutes from the Living Desert Zoo and great hiking.
Our home is loaded with amenities, such as: a Convection oven, perfect for baking bread, and blackout curtains, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Just to name a few
Master Bedroom 1 - Cal King Split, Adjustable Temper-Pedic bed with luxurious en suite bath with large walk in shower, and smart TV. Opens to spa and pool.
Master Bedroom 2 - King, adjustable Temper-Pedic Bed, private en suite bath and smart TV.
Bedroom 3 - Comfortable queen wall bed that folds up to double as an office, TV or video gaming room or reading room. Private bathroom and patio access.
Utilities included.
Additional fee of $33/day to heat the pool during colder months (optional). Additional fee of $14/day June through August for A/C.

Everything Better Than Advertised

This is an extraordinary property with terrific owners who go out of their way to make one feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, the amenities are exactly as advertised. When little things went awry, Paula and Dan were on the spot to make them right. I highly recommend this property, but let’s just keep it between us.

Palm Desert Oasis

We rented Paula and Dan’s house for a month this spring. The house is very comfortable with wonderful spaces and subtle and tasteful decor. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor space great for BBQing and lounging. Paula and Dan were very responsive with questions and concerns and we plan to return next spring!

Absolute Bliss!

This was our second stay at this wonderful house in Palm Desert and we were thrilled to come back. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was as good or better than the year before. Paula and Dan are excellent hosts and their communication with us was exceptional. The improvement to the pool/;hot tub heating was very welcome. This property has everything a traveller could want and expect. The beds are soooo comfortable and 2 king beds is very unusual but so welcome. The furniture is very comfortable and in excellent taste down to the minor accessories. We hope to stay there again and again whenever it is possible. Thank you Paula and Dan for a wonderful experience again!

Terrific Location

We’ve come to PS for 11 years now and this home is super close to the El Paseo area. Just minutes away from many of our favorites places and a quick ride to the 111. Beds are awesome! Great House and Very Responsive Owners

Very happy with the house, Paula and Dan were there to welcome us and introduce us to their home, so a very smooth handover, they also arranged for George their property manager to pop in later in the day to introduce himself. The house was well equipped and had very comfortable beds and even little things like generous supplies of shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper had been thought of. We had a few minor issues which were rectified and sorted very quickly. Great stay in Palm Desert.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We have rented houses in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area for 10 years now and this is, hands down, the best house we have found. The house is quite spacious and has a beautiful decor of comfortable, traditional furniture. It is very well-equipped down to the adjustable Tempur-pedic king beds and extra queen murphy bed in the third bedroom/office. It has everything you could ask for - wine fridge, new washer/dryer, TV's in every room, dressers, robes and much more. The hosts are most accommodating and very approachable with any issues or suggestions. They were most responsive to some minor issues with the pool/spa. We look forward to returning next year and for many years to come.

Palm Desert Paradise

What a beautiful, spacious home! The location is perfect with stunning mountain and golf course views in every direction. We love the proximity to El Paseo, about a 20 minute walk or short drive away. The backyard was a great place to hang out with family and we really enjoyed all this home has to offer. Paula and Dan are very friendly and attentive hosts who aim to please!

Truly Everything You Could Possibly Want

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were wonderful from the moment we arrived with their detailed introduction of the property to promptly and efficiently dealing with a spa issue.
