Located in Palm Desert, this condo overlooks a pool and spa and this guard gated community offers a clubhouse restaurant and bar, full fitness center with weight room, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course. For pickleball lovers, this property features 8 courts and has open play daily from 8am-12pm.

Guests will be provided with a number they can use for assistance anytime during their stay.
Respect the home: Please treat our condo with the same care you would your own.
No smoking indoors: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area near the west parking lot.
No parties or events: Please, no large gatherings or loud parties.
Quiet hours: Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7 AM.
Registered guests only: Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight. Unregistered overnight guests will result in an additional fee of $100 per person per night.
Pool & amenities: Please follow posted community pool rules and return any pool towels/floaties after use.
Please park in driveway or garage, no street parking. If using garage, please return garage door opener upon checkout.
Trash & recycling: Please dispose of trash in the outdoor bins before checkout.
