Contemporary Pool Home with Incredible Views

A perfectly located property in Palm Desert for leisure or activities in a modern designed home.

Offering the best of indoor/outdoor living with large windows and walls of glass opening up to allow you and your guests to make the most of Palm Desert's year round sunshine.

Located only a short 5 minutes drive from downtown El Paseo that offers the best shopping and restaurants in the desert. Lots of outdoor activities within minutes including; hiking, biking, tennis, golf, and swimming.

Our newly remodeled home is a single story property equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths.

The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and large shower with direct access to the pool and spa. The entire house is decorated to suit the mid-century modern design!

This home is equipped with a fully renovated kitchen with state of the art appliances. The living room features a big screen LED HDTV with large sliding glass doors opening to the east facing patio and pool with a barbecue. Pool heat is an additional charge of $100.00/day. If you are interested in heating the pool, please contact me with this request prior to your stay. A deposit must be paid prior to use of the heating equipment. If you have questions about the pool/spa heating please feel free to contact me.

Travelers will not have access to the garage.

We will meet and greet all guests upon arrival, to ensure they have all the information needed to enjoy the fabulous property. Managers will be available by phone anytime day or night.

Lastly, any equipment failures that occur during your stay will not result in any form of a refund. Example, if the WIFI/Cable TV or pool heater goes down, you will not receive a discount. This a private house and we are reliant on outside vendors to repair any issues. If anything is not working properly, contact me immediately, and I will do my best to resolve the problem as quick as possible. With that being said, we do not experience these problems with the property very often because as we conduct routine maintenance between renters.

Amazing view

This property is amazing the views day and night are breath taking it’s quite so relaxing the pool very private ,when arriving Kyle was great very nice helpful and is just a text away from anything you need were looking forward to our next time .The picture doesn’t do justice being there experiencing it is what I think is best to appreciate the home .. Thank you again Kyle we sure did enjoy the beautiful home outstanding 😉👍

NO Pool or Spa in Evening! Guest beds are horrible. Public potty!

The property manager charges you an additional FEE for pool or spa usage!!! A Pentair APP controls the pool and spa heat and pumps. This works fine during the day and the property is nice with incredible views. However, the APP will not turn on the pool or spa pumps or heater at night. I communicated this to the property manager each night and he insulted me by saying I was either drunk, confused, or I did not know what I was doing - although I had full ability to use those same controls during the day! Our kids returned from Stagecoach at around midnight each night and wanted to use the pool and spa. We are a quiet, well-behaved group and I had to tell our kids they could not use the pool each night they came home. So, if you are paying for this property based on your family using the pool and spa in the evening, DO NOT RENT! I have a an open case against them right now. Also, the beds in the guest rooms are horrible. They are small, broken, and DO NOT support 2 grown people, other than maybe very small women. They really need 2 twin beds in each guest room or change the maximum occupancy to 4 people. The bed in the master bedroom is quite comfortable. Also be aware there is NO door to the potty in the master bathroom even though the main house access to the pool is through the master bathroom!!! On the positive side, the property has incredible views and the main living areas and kitchen are very comfortable.

Amazing home & Wonderful host

The house was stunning in person. The pictures don't do it justice. Kyle was very accommodating and was just a text away when we had some questions about the pool. The view from this house is incredible! Hoping to plan a trip back in the future.

Cahuilla Hills Retreat

This recently renovated home was very nice. The view is spectacular day and night. It is very quiet and peaceful. It is a 5 to 7 min drive to El Paseo but it is so worth being out of town. The pool and hot are new and in fabulous shape. The furnishings are a little modern and some a little less functional than I would like. The front patio dining area is a delight for breakfast. Parking is limited to 2 possibly 3 vehicles with no parking nearby so entertaining is a bit challenging. The owners and property manager were friendly and great to work with. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful!

My family and I rang in the New Year at this beautiful home! It is an absolute gem, and has amazing views! The home is extremely clean, the decor is beautiful, the home has lots of amenities and is very private. Kyle showed us around upon our arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. My family and I absolutely loved this home and we hope to return in the summer!

Great place with beautiful views!

We loved this newly remodeled home! It was fully equipped and had comfortable outdoor seating both by pool/hot tub area as well as the side patio with stunning views of the Palm Desert valley. Our host was very helpful and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the views!! Thank you! We hope to stay here again.
