The Space:

Located in the Sandroc Condominiums complex, this 2BR/2.5BA desert condo offers easy access to shopping and fine dining at El Paseo, just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy a round of golf at Indian Wells or Desert Willow Golf Resorts, experience live performances at the McCallum Theatre, or venture out for a hike in the local area. If you prefer to stay close, take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub!

-No community clubhouse access - only access to community pool - no game room access

-Community washer & dryer only (none in-unit)

-25-year age minimum for booking

-No pets

-Community pool/spa permitted

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number

-Mailbox access is not permitted

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through Airbnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

The location is terrific, and a very quiet neighborhood. Dustin was responsive when we asked him questions. Most of the updating was adequate. That being said, a few issues stood out. The laundry room was for all the units, and you need to download the app, and then pay in advance for washing and drying. No laundry detergent was available in the unit. The day we arrived it was obvious the disposal was not working. Although I immediately indicated that to Dustin, it took 5 days to get a plumber to come. At that point, we had water backing up in the sink. (At one point he recommended a YouTube video for repair: uh, no thanks.)A few more supplies in the unit would be good too: dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shower soap, T.P.Location great, just needed the unit to be more ready for prime time.

Condo was in an excellent location for our activities. Clean and well organized. Kitchen well stocked. Several small issues were resolved quickly by Julia. Complex was quiet. Parking was steps away from front door. Very secure.

Outstanding Stay

Love this property! Four of us stayed here for 10 days and we loved our stay. It was our second visit to this condo. Dustin was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. Close proximity to pool. Such an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on El Paseo. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

Lovely Condo with a heated pool and excellent location

This beautiful renovated condo is around the corner and walking distance for shopping and restaurants on El Paseo. The heated pool was a bonus and we met very welcoming residents that live in the other condos. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

The online listing stated TV - it should say TV with no Cable. After 4 nights of struggling to get even live news, I bit the bullet and ordered TV YouTube. I was able to cancel it after 10 days. We paid a hefty Canadian dollar for 2 weeks and it didn’t include cable TV. We lost the pool key and we got charged over one hundred Canadian dollars to replace it. The outdoor “patio” is so small that a table and 4 chairs barely fit, and we never used it as it has cement walls around the tiny space so there was no view or sun. The kitchen table will seat only 4 people. The interior has been very tastefully redone, but the unit is small. Also the listing features washer and dryer but further on in the fine print it says there is a laundromat. Again very misleading. The unit does not have a washer and dryer and you have to pay to use the laundromat The one bright spot was Brianna, the rental agent, who worked with me every night for the first four evenings trying to help me get TV programs with no cable. She was excellent. I hate to give such a negative review because she was so good, but I want to give an honest review. The redeeming feature of our stay was the location. A hop step and a jump from El Paseo.

Fantastic place in a great location

Second time we stayed here. Everything about this rental is great except for the mattress in the main bedroom. We rolled to the middle, so we slept in the second bedroom which has an outstanding mattress.Screen for the upper veranda was broken the last time we stayed there and is still broken. Only offer these two items for information. We live the place and it’s location and will rent it again

Perfection! Would love to stay again

Great place in a superb location

Property is exactly how the pictures show it. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome location. One of the rare areas where you can actually walk to shops and restaurants. Pool area is quite large and was very quiet. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely condo in a great location!

The condo is in an awesome location, one and half blocks off of El Paseo. The property is exactly as pictured. Furnishings are comfortable and there are plenty of supplies for guest use. We enjoyed the hot tub at the pool area in the evenings as well. This a safe, lovely area of Palm Desert. Really beautiful!

Great for 4 but not more!

This property was perfect for four people but not more. We play lots of cards and the table should have a leaf in it for 5-6 people. Not enough glasses but plenty of wine glasses. Location was perfect!
