The living room connects to a beautiful patio featuring golf course lake views, along with a large sectional and a fire feature. This condo features washer and dryer and a two car garage.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 50in. Smart TV with cable, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, two large closets. The guest bedroom features two queen beds, ceiling fan, and 43in. TV, large closet and connects to the guest bathroom.

The beautiful patio opens to a bright green golf course and a small lake. Community pool and spa only 200 feet away! The back patio features a large sectional with a fire feature and two chaise lounges to catch some sun! The front patio features a 4 person dining table with a 4 burner BBQ! PET-FRIENDLY POLICY

We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged family members at select properties! To help ensure a comfortable experience for all of our guests, neighbors, and homeowners, please review the following guidelines. An additional nonrefundable fee applies for pets. One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance. Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner. Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds. Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval. Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs. Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors. Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
