ATOMIC-MOD HOUSE in prime Palm Desert/next to El Paseo!

Welcome to "ATOMIC-MOD HOUSE," 3 bds/3 baths and a very cool office. A fun, functional, and newly remodeled property that has a great layout and numerous delightful features to discover, such as an outdoor tiled spa shower and the secret bookcase door in the master bedroom which leads to an office, kitchenette and master bath! The office features a memory foam daybed and can be used as an additional bedroom or MIL quarters separated from the main house. All mattresses are fantastic, and we went crazy and bought an amazing Aireloom mattress for the CA King bed! You will love it. There are two full-sized refrigerators on the property (one in the kitchen, one in the kitchenette off the office.) Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a blender, a Cuisinart coffee-maker with built-in grinder, a Keurig, a French press, an espresso machine, wine glasses, and outdoor melamine dishware, including tumblers and acrylic wine glasses. One bedroom has a king bed, another a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The office also has a daybed and it's own entry to the outside, or entry through the master bedroom. High-quality sheets and bedding throughout. Each bedroom has a fan. The pool is large and deep, and has access from the house, so please be careful with children! There is a pool fence in the storage area if you would like to install that during your stay. The property is fully walled in and private. There is a large driveway and a huge carport. The center of El Paseo is just a short walk, three minutes away, where you will find shopping, galleries, and wonderful restaurants! The gorgeous Civic Center park on San Pablo is also a short walk-- and features a grotto, waterfalls, tennis, skateboarding, a dog park, baseball fields, duck ponds, an Aquatics center with an Olympic-sized swimming pool and numerous green pasture-like fields to roam in. Amazing statues throughout and great playgrounds for kids. Golf is everywhere close by. The Living Zoo is nearby on Portola, and many bike and hiking trails. The house is just North of the 111 and close to all! You have everything nearby and within walking distance! ** Pool fee: $ 25 per day. The air conditioning fee from June through September is $400 per month.
