Guest Access

Check in just like at any hotel/resort, with full guest privileges.

A government ID/passport matching the VRBO reservation name is required.

The resort is cashless.

Guests must be age 21+ to check in. If the named guest is under 21, check-in will not be allowed and no refund will be given.

Pools and hot tubs are open until at least 10 PM (subject to resort policy changes).



Unit Assignment & Check-In

You’ll receive your resort confirmation after booking is complete on VRBO.

Marriott staff at the resort handle all check-in formalities.

The process is similar to any hotel/resort.

Specific location/floor requests can be made at booking (e.g., first floor, near pool).

A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals, separate from any VRBO deposits.

Images shown may differ slightly from your actual villa, but all are maintained uniformly and decorated similarly.
