Luxury villa with a beautiful view!

We welcome you to our Desert Falls Villa where you can enjoy near perfect weather year round. Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hour guard gated community with a fantastic Ron Frehm-design Golf Course, nine lighted tennis courts, a complete state-of-the-art fitness center, racquetball, pro tennis and golf shops located in a beautiful clubhouse. In addition there are 25 pools, two are saltwater.

ALL OF THE COUNTRY CLUB AMENTITIES ARE THERE FOR YOU TO USE DURING YOUR STAY.

Spectacular and breathtaking views, majestic and panoramic mountains, swaying palm trees, all amidst a guard-gated-community that is in close proximity to fabulous restaurants, shopping, and more!

Both bathrooms remodeled June of 2018 and new high efficiency a/c unit installed July of 2018. Come enjoy the desert in warmer weather and take advantage of low crowds, low rates and still enjoy all the amenities!

Spacious and relaxed space with good view of the golf course from patio. Nice big king size beds, and we loved all aspects of it, although the shower could be in a bit better shape. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Wonderful condo in Palm Desert!

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this condo and it was excellent! Very comfortable, quiet and the kitchen was very well equipped! We enjoyed sitting on our deck every morning with our coffees watching the golfers. The location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shauna!

Best yet

This past March is the 8th time I have stayed in Desert Falls Resort and this property is by far the nicest. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with anything you need to cook any meal and even comes with a good selection of spices. Most notably is the location being close to the 12th hole with views of the green and water feature. Looking forward to staying next year.

A great stay!

It was a very comfortable, clean, home with lots of dishes, cookware & spices! located right on the golf course with great views. Beds were really comfy too... The only down side was the master Bath took a long while before the water got hot. Overall It was a great family birthday celebration....and we hope to rent it again,

Excellent and stress free property

Our stay was easy and pleasant. Access to the property was relatively straightforward. It’s a gated property so you do have to check in each time you re-enter the property but it was quick and simple. The pool nearest to the condo was a minute walk. Super close and heated. Living Desert Zoo was very close and a must see for all ages. The gym was well stocked and easy to access as well. The golf course was great - 9 year old and husband enjoyed playing it. Beds were clean and comfortable. The linens and towels were so soft and lovely. Wonderful property and great host. Thank you!

Just as advertised

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as advertised. Great view of the 12th green. Very relaxing to sit on the patio for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Everything you could possibly need is in the unit! If it's not there, you don't need it! Location is excellent too. Very close to restaraunts, attractions, shopping, etc. Unit is getting a little long in the tooth, but the value was excellent. Didn't have any contact with the owner, but didn't need to. All instructions were well laid out and easy to follow.

Desert Falls golf trip

We really enjoyed the patio view and the Desert Falls community is very nice and well looked after with a beautiful and fun golf course. Two nice pools within steps. Excellent proximity to dining shopping and golf. My husband enjoyed the gym. Check in/out was straight forward. The condo is nicely setup and had plenty of towels and household supplies. I loved having the Keurig. We enjoyed our stay but did not rate 5 stars due to to a number of annoyances. There is an accumulation of old and junky stuff in the kitchen but no decent frying pans or a kettle (Shauna did offer to reimburse if we went and bought one). Although the condo was generally clean it needs a deeper clean to address things like grimy doors, baseboards, shower grout, washing machine and area rugs. The patio chairs are too low for the table and uncomfortable. Beds were somewhat too hard and pillows too soft.

Palm Desert Condo

Just returned from staying at this property Dec 18-23. This condo worked well set up wise for us. We took our adult daughter along, the two bedroom and two full bathroom worked great. As noted in a prior comment, this unit is in need of a deep clean. A good complete dusting would help a lot. as would a wipe down of the inside of the washing machine. Otherwise it was in good shape. Kitchen is set up well for our morning coffee and making our light breakfasts. We did not cook other meals there. The power reclining sofas are lovely! The jewel of this condo is to open your sliding door and have a ground level patio that looks out to the pond and par 3. So nice to sit out and watch the golfers, look at the view or read your book! The gym is very nice, just of note the owner needs to inform them of all individuals that will be using it, not just the one who did the booking. Location is very close to a shopping area with a grocery store, drug store, and restaurants. Another plus, is its proximity to the arena , if you are attending an event there. Oh and the pool is a two minute walk out the door!

Great view from the patio-enjoyed watching the ducks and pelicans. Condo was well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has both a Mr Coffee and Keurig -but we couldn’t get the Keurig to work so good there was another option Enjoyed our stay
