Welcome to our Gorgeous Waterfront 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo in Yacht Harbor Village at Hammock Beach, a 76 acre private waterfront gated community. Located between Historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach and next door to Florida’s multi-award winning Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa. Condo features a Granite kitchen, large living room, 2 bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the Intercoastal waterway, and views of the beautiful breathtaking sunsets.

The property was very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was just beautiful. Parking was easy as there was a reserved space available as well a plenty of visitor parking. Jerry was very prompt in responding to questions. I wish I could have stayed longer. Excellent place to stay in Palm Coast!

Exactly as advertised - or better!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Logistics were easy, Jerry was wonderful to check on us, and the condo is beautiful, well decorated and had everything we needed.

Perfect Retreat!

Inter-Coastal Waterway Sunset Getaway - A Perfect Retreat! I recently stayed at the Inter-Coastal Waterway Sunset Getaway, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere that’s ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Jerry was amazing—responsive, accommodating, and ensured everything about our stay was seamless. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic getaway. This is truly a gem along the inter-coastal waterway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat. Can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyable and relaxing

What a great place! Jerry was helpful, making sure we were settled in. After walking 18 holes, it was so nice to come back, complete work for the day while I was sitting on the balcony, enjoying the surroundings. The other perk….a designated parking spot!! Thank you Jerry!

Great stay in Palm Coast !

We’ve been at this complex many times, in different units. I have to say this unit is the best we’ve had. It is very nicely decorated, extremely clean and well stocked. We love to stay here because it is on the inter coastal and you get to watch all the activity (boats, wildlife) from your balcony. And you get to see beautiful sunsets. Jerry our host was amazing. He called once we checked in to make sure everything was ok and was very responsive in all our exchanges. You see that he cares and wants to make sure everyone is happy. There was a small a misunderstanding at one point and he fully made it right at 100%. He truly cares. Please note that at the time of me writing this review, the amenities were not included as part of this rental. This means you do not have a access to the pool at the resort. This is specified in the listing under amenities/notes. There’s been a recent change in ownership at the resort and this is causing a lot of confusion around the resort amenities. Jerry is actively working on a solution to restore access to the pool area so hopefully things will\have changed. Don’t hesitate to book this condo, we strongly recommend it.

2nd Stay

This was our second stay at this property. We liked it so much the first time we wanted to come back. Jerry goes way above making you feel at home while staying here. The unit is very nicely decorated and the views are spectacular. We will definitely be coming back!!

Just like home!

Jerry had the unit decorated for Christmas, complete with a tree , table cloth, etc! My guests were amazed and had a great stay! Thanks Jerry, would stay there tomorrow if the need was there!

Tennis Trip

I had a 3 day tennis trip with eight other ladies at Hammock Beach Resort and this Condo was perfect. Great interior decorating, view of water, walk to tennis courts, shuttle to beach everything was just fabulous. Jerry the owner was extremely helpful & will definitely book again.

Beautiful Property

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the decor, furniture, matresses and linens. They were all of the highest quality. The kitchen is well stocked with high end cookware. I'm usually disappointed with the way most rental kitchens are stocked but this one had everything you could need. The pool and hot tub area are lovely and well maintained. The under ground parking was fantastic and very secure. We spent our mornings with our coffee on the large balcony watching the boats go by. The property owner was quick to reply to our questions. He also provided a lot of information about the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

We stayed at Jerry's condo over the holidays to be near family in the area. Jerry was so helpful and accommodating, and kind in his communication. His condo is beautiful and comfortable and even more spacious than the photos suggest. The sunset off the lanai is amazing! We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. This is by far one of the best vrbo properties we have stayed in. Extremely accommodating, had anything and everything you would need and very comfortable. The place was immaculate and very well put together. Jerry was quick to respond and very helpful.
