We have 3 bedrooms in the home. One Master bedroom with a master suite style bathroom. We have a Queen guest bedroom, and then we have a Twin guest bedroom that offers two trundle beds that allows us to host 4 people in that room. The twin room could be a great place to your kids to stay.
We also have a primary living room that has a full pull-out couch. And then we have a Sun-room that we call the Florida-room. We use that room as the common living room, that conveniently is attached to the kitchen with bar seating.
House trained pets are welcome for a $250 pet cleaning fee then $50 for each after.
Lastly we also have a dedicated workspace that have printing access and free WIFI. There's workout equipment in that room as well.

Taxis:
Local taxi services are also available, though rideshare apps tend to be faster and more cost-effective.

Tri-Rail:

Wash dishes after use and place used towels on the bathroom floor before checkout.
Excessive mess or damages may result in additional cleaning fees.
🍽️ Kitchen Use
Feel free to use the kitchen and appliances.
Please clean up after cooking and return items to their original place.
🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
Violation may result in immediate cancellation and removal without refund.

Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share the access code with anyone not on the reservation.

Accidents happen. Please report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

Recycling instructions are located in the kitchen.

🏊 Pool & Hot Tub Rules
No glass near the pool or hot tub area. Please use the durable plastic cuts that we've provided.
Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Hot tub usage is available for an extra fee and must be requested in advance.
