Wonderful property and host. The home was great with everything provided and in working order. Very roomy, clean and appealing. All furnishings and appliances were in great shape and up to date. The host, James, was great too. An additional bonus is the environment. Wonderful to be in the midst of a vineyard and tasting room. Nice grounds and views of the hills beyond. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back to the property again next year. It is on our list of preferred places to stay.

Couple of housekeeping items. The drain in the 3/4 bath off the kitchen needs cleaned out. The propane tank on the larger outdoor grill needs to be filled and the grill could use a good cleaning. The cushions on the outdoor furniture need to be replaced and there was not enough cushions for all the chairs. Other than those small items the house was wonderful and we had a great time there.

This place was fantastic!! Its location makes it ideal for experiencing everything the area had to offer. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was immaculate and had all of the necessities. One of the best parts was getting to visit the tasting room at the end of the day for a glass of wine and some patio time. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable and on winery property which was super convenient and also walkable to other wineries. Check in was super easy and the beds were so comfortable!

Fantastic Stay!

A fantastic place to stay to enjoy Palisade. Super clean, comfy, and right on the Carboy Vineyard! We stayed with a group of friends and took advantage of the gorgeous outdoor spaces this place has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for friends and family

Location was perfect for us, quiet and peaceful but not far from other wineries and groceries, either. And staying *on* a winery made it even better. The house itself was also great with spacious bedrooms and great living spaces inside and outside.

We had a delightful stay at the Winery Estate House. Beautiful location and very nice set up inside. Very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities needed to cook a good meal. We hope to return.
