Welcome to The Mesa ViewHouse, a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath private retreat in scenic Palisade, Colorado. Just minutes from downtown Palisade’s restaurants, wineries, hiking, biking, and paddling, this home offers the perfect Western Slope escape.

Whether you're here to tackle the iconic Palisade Plunge, explore Colorado wine country, or simply relax and unwind, The Mesa ViewHouse comfortably accommodates up to six guests and provides an ideal setting to experience everything the area has to offer.

Tucked away on a quiet dead-end road, the home backs up to truly breathtaking mesa and valley views. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from the backyard while relaxing by the private pool, grilling dinner, or simply taking in the scenery. The interior has been remodeled from top to bottom, featuring a modern design that complements the incredible views just beyond the back windows. Blackout shades are provided in each bedroom — though you may find it hard to resist waking up to the morning light over the mesa.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates a welcoming central gathering space for your group. The layout is ideal for three couples traveling together while still offering privacy. One side of the home features a bedroom and office with a nearby hallway bath. On the opposite side, two bedrooms each offer their own ensuite bathroom. A powder room and full laundry room with washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

We provide all bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels. Hotel-style soaps and shampoos are supplied as starter amenities. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, and a gas grill is available on the pool deck. An EV charger is located in the garage for guests traveling with electric vehicles.

Palisade is truly a four-season destination. While summer and fall bring biking, hiking, and wine country charm, winter offers peaceful vineyard views dusted with snow and nearby adventure. Guests can ski or snowboard at Powderhorn Mountain Resort or explore the Grand Mesa for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and quiet alpine scenery before returning to unwind with sunset views over the valley.

Property is beautiful and very clean. It’s big enough for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The views are amazing! The pool was warm, clean and big. Jim is an outstanding host. Very gracious and responsive to every request.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully updated Palisade home! Every detail was thoughtfully done—from the stylish finishes to the super comfy beds and high-quality linens. The kitchen was well-stocked with great cookware, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The pool was a total highlight—perfect for relaxing and taking in those stunning views that instantly put us in vacation mode. The host was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. Perfect house in Palisade

Went on a short weekend trip with family for the Palisade peach festival. This house was perfect for 3 adults, each had our own room, plenty of space, and the pool was perfect for the hot days! This home is truly cared for.

Fantastic home, great location

We loved our time at this home. It is beautiful inside and out! Walking through the front door and seeing the book cliffs through the wall of windows was awe-inspiring. The pool was so much fun. The home and rooms are big enough for everyone to have their own space, but it is smartly decorated to encourage lots of together time as well. The owner was quick to respond to questions and provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out. And the location in Palisade was excellent. This home is on our short list to stay at again!
