A charming 67-square-meter apartment that comfortably accommodates 4 people, located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator. The apartment is located in the Kalsa neighborhood (ZTL), the historic heart of Palermo, just a short walk from the picturesque Church of the Spasimo, the Foro Italico, and all the main attractions in the city center.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a queen-size sofa bed (for one guest) and a desk;

- KITCHEN with a gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, dining table, a 40-inch TV, and a queen-size sofa bed (for one guest);

- BALCONY (accessible from the kitchen) with a small table, chairs, and a bench;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and dresser;

- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the kitchen and bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), mosquito screens, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM;

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM;

30 EUR from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.



Upon check-in, you will be required to pay a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night.

- From Palermo Airport, you can reach the apartment via the Prestia and Comandè bus lines, which stop at the Central Station. Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).



- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus 107, which stops just a few minutes away from the property. Alternatively, you can walk to the apartment in about 15 minutes.



- For those traveling by car, you can park (for a fee) along Via Lincoln or in Piazza Kalsa (which is outside the restricted traffic zone).
