A charming 75-square-meter apartment for 4 people, located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to people with disabilities; 1 step at the entrance). The property is located in the heart of the historic center (ZTL), in the lively Ballarò market area, just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Pretoria, the Cathedral, and Via Vittorio Emanuele.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed, a single bed, a flat-screen TV (40 inches), and an armchair;

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, various kitchen utensils, and a dining table;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, small desk, flat-screen TV (28 inches), closet, and access to the BALCONY;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and clothesline.

A travel crib is available in the apartment.



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, in the Ballarò area; as a result, there may be some noise (even at night).



The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but there is a free parking spot (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable) in Piazza Baronio Manfredi (outside the ZTL).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 and 12:00 a.m.

EUR 30 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Check-in-in after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee



You will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash at check-in.



The apartment is located in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, in an area with all the main amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies). Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach some of the city’s main attractions, such as Piazza Pretoria, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, the Church of San Cataldo, and Piazza dei Quattro Canti. The historic Ballarò Market is just a few meters from the property.

- From Palermo Airport, you can reach the apartment via the Prestia and Comandè bus lines, which stop at the Central Station. Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).



- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes.



- The property is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) (please be aware of the hours and access restrictions); if you’re traveling by car, you can park in Piazza Baronio Manfredi, just a few meters from the property (free parking is NOT guaranteed and cannot be reserved).
