"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "I bit confusing to find at first. However, once you do. It’s close to city center, The Palace and the Palermo Cathedral about a 10 min walk. For late night eats. Right across the street they have 2 different restaurants and bar. The room is spacious with lots of closets and a huge bathroom and walking shower with raindrop shower. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Whilst very excited to stay in what looks amazing in the pictures, sadly the reality was not to be. The kettle had green stains at the bottom, couldn’t use that as not clean. Went to run the bath and the water smelt stagnant, the jets in the bath were missing parts, the shower spilt water from above as was not maintained. "El hotel está ubicado en pleno centro con multiples establecimientos (tiendas y restaurantes alrededor). La estación de tren a 15m andando. La habitación estupenda, todo muy limpio y el personal que nos atendió encantador, nos asesoró estupendamente. Volveremos sin duda."

The virtual lobby was a breeze to navigate, and our host was available so quickly when we had questions. Located steps from Via Maqueda and Teatro Massimo, everything was walkable!"
