Lovely hotel and great position in Florence. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Perfect for the usual sightseeing !

The shower in our room was ridiculously small. I am only 5'7 and 178 and had a very hard time just getting in and out . I actually scraped my side getting in yesterday. The floor in the room was dirty and the breakfast was just ok. The breakyvire was spectacular however. there is no way they can advertise this as a 4 star hotel.
The restaurant Bondi directly across the street is absolutely phenomenal .
