Ideal apartment for sports lovers due to its proximity to the highly anticipated major events such as Formula 1, Moto GP at the Circuit de Catalunya in Montmeló, which is located about 60 km away, and the America's Cup in the city of Barcelona, situated less than 70 km away.

Check-in:

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



· Community swimming pool subject to the rules of the homeowners' association where the house is located. Pool usage rules may vary depending on each situation.



Cleaning:

. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

Ideal para conocer la costa catalana.

Nos gustó mucho, las fotos se corresponden con la realidad. La piscina es ideal para disfrutar de esos paréntesis entre los recorridos por los lugares de la costa que nos apetecía conocer. Desde el balcón disfrutamos de los fuegos artificiales de Blanes.
