Waterfront Home With Private Fishing Pier on Turtle Bay

Welcome to the bay life! This fun, coastal decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is located directly on Turtle Bay with its own lighted 300' fishing pier, fish cleaning station, small pavilion and deck to watch the beautiful sunsets. This house sleeps up to 6 and comes fully loaded with wireless internet, smart TV, Kuerig, washer and dryer and all the kitchen essentials.

Jensen Point is a quiet community and a great area to ride your bikes, kayak, or walk around. There is a community boat ramp/kayak launch at the end of the street for your use. Enjoy sitting in the shade of the small pavilion on the property or sit on the large concrete patio and grill your days catch. Fishing is great year round. This is the last house on the Point so it's nice and quiet and you can't beat the view.

We had a great time at this property. Very clean, everything you could possibly need including grill. The fishing was great, we caught a few speckled trout and a lot of sand trout off the lighted pier. Look forward to returning as soon as possible. Stayed August 22 through August 25.

Perfect place to stay

This home was just as absolutely beautiful in real life as it was in the listing pictures. Oftentimes we’ve booked places that are totally different from what we expected based on the photos. That did not happen here. This home was so peaceful and relaxing. They literally thought of everything you could need during your stay and then some. The entire family caught fish off of the pier. Coffee in the morning looking out into the bay was so tranquil. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we will definitely be back.

Fishing trip

My husband & I needed some peace & quiet. A place to reconnect & recharge ourselves. The wind off the bay melted away the stress. The sound of the waves calmed our soul. The comfortable chairs turned the clock back. Everything was as described. Nice, clean & comfortable. The bed was cozy. Plenty of towels. Well the kitchen could use a few more towels & pot holders. But well stocked with paper towels, spices, sugar, coffee, etc. The owner was pleasant & friendly. Will definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Upon entering the property… the overall decor was breathtaking…. I was impressed by the upgraded appliances (they all looked new). The entire facility was pristine. Even the aroma of the towels and linen were clearly due to an effective recent detergent 😀. I will definitely return for a longer stay!

Spent a full week here October 2024 and had a great time. We love to fish and the pier is really nice and we caught lots of fish, including 32" and 36" black drums. The area is really nice and people living in the neighborhood were all very friendly.

Amazing Place!!!

This place is exactly like it is advertised. The kitchen is well stock with all the pots, pans, utensils you will need. The washer and dryer are a great addition as well. The deck is wonderful and shaded at any time of day. The shower addition is great! Plenty of parking and great fishing pier.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at this location. You're pretty secluded, but not too far from town if needed. The location is peaceful and great for fishing. The house was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. I would recommend this home to unplug and unwind.
