"I've stayed at Decoy Barn a couple of times now and always enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and very quiet - both times I've stayed I've slept well, which I hardly ever do when I am away from home. John and Suzanne are great hosts and I always feel very welcome when I stay at Decoy Barn. The off-street parking is really good too - plenty of spaces and very secure."

"Great dtay at the Cliff. We had a partial Seaview the views were amazing. Breakfast was good but warm rather than hot. Food good quality. I feel the bar area whilst nice lacks atmosphere. The terrace has amazing views its a shame the nights were so cold as we couldn't use it fully but may be possible on a future stay. Renovations ongoing this affects the outside areas but didn't impact on us. Disruption was kept to a minimum. Reception staff and Breakfast service amazing."

"This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub. The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends. To get a breakfast included was phenomenal. "

"Well, well, well, what an amazing hotel Every aspect was just perfect. The Art Deco Sunrise suite was amazing with views of the sea, the staff were very hospitable and the food excellent. Would certainly use this brilliant hotel again."

"Absolutely lovely place, Very modern styling, Comfy bedding, Big shower and all round very nice, Unfortunately though, When it came to the bathroom, We found the toliet seat wasn't even bolted on properly in Room 1, It kepts sliding bout when lifting the seat. Was little annoying, and the only other thing that would make it Absolutely the best is a mini fridge to be able to keep food and drinks cold. Other than that, It was absolutely lovely 8.5/10"

"This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The pictures don't really do it justice. Courtney the owner up graded us to a larger room as the room that was allocated via the website was very small. Everything was very clean and was supplied with adequate tea,coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. These were topped up every day. The room was cleaned and the bed made up daily. "It's Dale's home and he treats everyone with kindness and great hospitality. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Great Yarmouth. Positives: Dale's down to earth approach Clean rooms Nice fellow residents! Maybe we were lucky ha. Fridge in room! Great location Fast wifi Lots of free parking Nice breakfast Not so positive: Some of the bedding and towels may be due for a renewal but plenty were provided."

"We received a warm welcome and were able to check in early. The room was excellent and immaculately clean. The breakfast was really good and set us up for the day. Our host was very attentive at all times. We would definitely stay again. "
