"This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. "Savhotel Amelia Bologna was an excellent experience. We reserved a junior suite, and it certainly was the right choice. Our room was very spacious with plenty of places to put our luggage. The restroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is well laid out and the amenities are top notch. We took advantage of the evening bar, as well as the gym. Both were very nice. "A chest of drawers would be more convenient to store your essentials. And we think the soap and shower gel really dry your skin though it says Argan. The soap in hotel’s lobby toilet is of different brand and had no issue with that. Otherwise location is perfect, just a few streets away from busy centre. Staff very welcoming and helpful. If ever come back to Bologna, will happily choose Touring Hotel again "
