Super friendly staffs. Like a family style hotel. The floor is super clean not even needed slipper. Location is superb. Toilet condition can be improved.

The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Towel and Bed sheet to be more organised and better standard. Gate door, common toilet door lock and common toilet seat are very poor and inconvenient. The rest are acceptable. Not considering for next stay.

Good location, 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Kuching waterfront and 5 minutes from Aeon Mall, thus easily accessible to most places. However, the hotel did not provide slippers for all 3 nights of our stay, saying that there is no stock and still waiting for a new supply!
