"Friendly welcome and great service during my stay there. The room was clean and a good size. I stayed in a double bed room and really enjoyed my stay. I used the laundry service which was really helpful, dropped my clothes off first thing in the morning and collected that same evening. The only downside was that the room was quite dark in the evening as the lighting doesn't light up the whole room well, but this didn't affect my stay. "The staff was very kind a nd competent, the room was very nice but the bathroom was very old and with the appearance of dirty (but it wasn't). the only problem was the location, it was located to more than 3 km from the Pai city, so everything you wanted to get to the city , you need taxi (maybe 2-3 times per day) and in the website it is mentioned that it is close to the city ( 500 meters....but it is not true).
