Perfect Family Vacation Getaway!

The perfect retreat for your next family vacation or couples get-away. This fully renovated, 3-story townhome is conveniently located in a small, quiet development in the Pagosa Lakes area, minutes from dining, shopping, breweries and Pagosa's hot springs.

This 2-bed, 3-bath home pairs a rustic industrial design with warm mountain touches and luxury amenities including a steam shower, heated bathroom floors, and a wall mounted boot and glove dryer.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor each with a private bathroom, king bed, and exterior patio entrance. The spacious living room has a cozy gas fireplace, wall mounted TV, small bar area and opens to the kitchen and dining nook. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and is fully stocked for a chef! There is also half bath located on the first floor.

The second-floor loft has lounge space for reading and games, a full bathroom, and a working area with a printer near the wifi. There is also a portable AC unit that keeps most of the home cool in the summer.

Additional flex space is available on the third floor for families to spread out if desired.

Other amenities of this home include a private 2 car garage and two additional parking spaces, washer/dryer, wine fridge, lovely deck space, plenty of open grassy areas, and a pack-and-play and highchair available upon request.

This townhome is located in a quiet area with lots of grass open areas with aspen and pines trees.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is pet friendly. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog as well as a refundable $100.00 deposit per dog.
The home has a portable AC unit only, no central AC

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Great stay

From beginning to end, smooth process. Great location, close to town and activities. Rental was clean and just like it was listed in pictures. Had one small hiccup, but manager was very quick to respond. Also, love that our furkids were welcome! Highly recommend this rental!

Pagosa oasis

Easy check in and the manager responded quickly to answer any questions. This place was immaculate! We have stayed at dozens of places around the country but this took top spot. We always love cooking our own meals. The knives were better quality than what I have at home, seriously. Yep, we loved this rental.

Perfect Mountain Home

We loved our stay in this property! It was very clean and well stocked. The loft space and extra bathrooms were a bonus that our teens especially enjoyed. The boot/mitten warmer, wine fridge, and steam shower were luxurious touches that we all loved. The management company was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This was the perfect mountain property for our family!

Quiet Location Near Everything

Property is even better in person. Extremely quiet location with only a short drive to sights, stores and restaurants. Home was very clean, spacious, and as described. The ability to use garage was added bonus to avoid the need to clear snow from the car. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place - Great Location - Great Internet

This was a lovely townhome and quiet neighborhood - I worked the two weeks I was there and internet was up to par to stream plenty of zoom calls ect. Beds super comfy - master bathroom was fantastic from an awesome shower to zoned heated floors. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Easy access to all areas of Pagosa Springs. In general a very comfortable spot. I would recommend and stay there again!

Perfect mountain get away

We loved staying in this house during our trip to Pagosa. The house is nicely decorated with amazing bathrooms and all of the kitchen tools you might need. The house is also very calm and quiet and in a safe area. We loved that our dogs were able to travel and stay with us too. You won’t regret staying here.

My family had a wonderful stay at Elements Pagosa. The home was very clean, the house was fully stocked to meet all of our needs during our vacation. Amazing property !

This property was perfect for 8 of us . Such a beautiful location and property . The adults enjoyed the comfortable beds, steam shower and over sized bath tub . The kids loved the bedrooms that were high up on the 3rd level with the arcade game . The little amenities such as the heated bathroom floor , boot and glove heater, and high end kitchen appliances are what really sets this property apart from others.

First Class Accommodations * In Pagosa Springs

This condo is located in a community of 2 4plex units with detached garages. While the moving of gear in and out of the house could be more convenient the access to garage storage and the high quality of the interior accommodations more than compensate for the small inconvenience. The spacious and numerous bathrooms are great for the size of the property and allow for a better than home experience after spending the day in the car with relatives.... Owner was extremely responsive and has directions and area highlights clearly posted at the property. Overall this is a prime example of what a VRBO should be from towels to sheets and appliances to wireless coverage...

Wonderful place to stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at your home in Pagosa Springs. The location was perfect, in that we were able to play golf every day right around the corner and downtown was just a few minutes away. The beds were great and especially surprising that the bunk mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and such. High-end appointments

Jamie was a pleasure to work with and the property was in a great, central location in Pagosa Springs, but what really set this location apart was the way the unit was appointed/outfitted. It has too-of-the line appliances, very nice furniture, amd the master bath is to die for. I’m going to be missing the steam bath and the California Faucets hardware in the master bathroom’s shower when I go home. My wife and I have stayed in a number of rentals, and this is one of our favorites. We’ll definitely be returning…

Great Time

We enjoyed staying at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is very nice and provided plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers. Will definitely stay here again.
