Remodeled, Hot Tub, Amazing Views, Great Location

If you're looking for a home with new, high end decorator furnishings, plenty of room for large groups, amazing views of the San Juan Mountains and the frequent elk and deer sightings, then this home is perfect for your vacation.

As your drive up to this home, you will be be amazed that this home feels like it's very remote, yet is only a few minutes from all of the uptown shops and restaurants. The roads that lead to this home are included in the county snow plowing and the entry drive is near level and easy to drive in and park.

When entering the home, you will realize that the owners spared no expense with decorator items and all new furniture. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open to each other, full of large windows to enjoy the views and let in the light. From both the living room with TV and dining room where you can walk out on the large deck with wonderful furniture and gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked and also has the great views. Garage access is on this level, along with a laundry room and half bath. The extra large master bedroom has a king bed, direct access to the deck and a custom bathroom with 2 sinks and walk in shower.

Downstairs you will find 1 king, 1 queen and a small foyer room that leads to the hot tub. These 3 rooms share a full bathroom with twin sinks. Down the hall, you will find the fun game room with large TV and couch. There is a full bathroom for this area of the home.

You'll enjoy the morning sunrises and evening sunsets from this home and plenty of areas for long walks. This home is on a quiet cul de sac with only 3 homes.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Place was great. Needs new pots and pans, the Teflon is coming off. Could use a little TLC in some places such as the walls and paint. We loved the location, hot tub, and house overall. Made for a great Thanksgiving!

We were fortunate to stay in the home for 3 weeks and we loved it. The location of the property is ideal, fabulous views and privacy within a few miles of everything you need. Grocery store, restaurants, golf course, and even the weekly farmers market. The home is wonderful, just as described in the VRBO listing. The neighborhood is very nice with basically no traffic so extremely quiet and very walkable. Our contact, Natalee, was a pleasure to work with and took care of the few questions we had. She was able to help us check in a little bit early, which was very nice. We have been able to escape the summer heat in Oklahoma for 2-4 weeks every summer since 2017, different locations in Colorado and New Mexico. This house is the best one yet and we hope to be able to come back next year.

20th anniversary vacation

My husband and i stayed for our 20th anniversary and his birthday. This was the 1st vacation we have taken, just the 2 of us in 10 years. The house and property were beautiful and we absolutely loved it. We had plans to go hiking and explore the area and ended up changing our minds and spent the whole 3 days at the house. It was soo peaceful and relaxing, we couldnt see a reason to leave!

Beautiful getaway in Pagosa

We did our annual girl's trip to Pagosa this year. The house was amazing, secluded and not too far from the hot springs. The views are incredible, and we loved the quiet.

Great Place

Great secluded location but close to town. Great views. By 10 am everyday the back patio was in the shade and we spent a good bit of time just enjoying the great weather and wonderful views of the East Range. In the afternoon, we spent on the patio grilling. In the evening we were able to turn off the lights and not have any light pollution; then have incredible views of the Milky Way. We will stay here again!!

Beautiful views and plenty of room

Beautiful views all around and the decks were our favorite space to sit. We enjoyed the home, and nature and there was plenty of room. We were sad that the dishes were put up dirty in the cabinet when we went to use them, and pest control (8 am) and landscaping (9 am) woke everyone up on two separate occasions without notice. Better communication would be great but the home was amazing.

Breathtaking home

Me and my two boys had the best time at this house. The location and views were 5 starts. We had three feet of snow and the boys sledded in the yard every day. It is a special place. The roads were also cleared and easy for us to get into the house. We will be back.

Awesome Ski & R&R

This is a fabulous house for a small group or family & friends with the Master upstaamd all other rooms downstairs.The mgmt company was very responsive. The house is beautiful with room to roam around the grounds. Mountain View’s are spectacular from inside and outside the house. Very easy drive to Wolf Creek and grocery stores nearby. The patio and outdoor space must be fantastic in the Summer too. We will be back!
