The views are what sold us on this home! Beautiful view of square top mountain! The home was very clean, spacious, and beyond expectation! We sat out on the back porch every evening and got to watch wild deer and elk grazing in the meadow. We had a wonderful stay!

LOVED this place! It’s close to Pagosa but feels very rural and peaceful. The house is clean and modern, nice enough to feel like a vacation house but not so delicate that we had to worry about the kids. It was the perfect size for our group of 6. The views from the living/dining kitchen areas and the front porch are amazing and we saw mule deer, wild turkeys, and even a bear on the property. The owner and property manager were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I came out for a little week-long summer getaway here and absolutely loved it. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with - friendly and helpful. The space was absolutely wonderful - very spacious and comfortable. The host also thought of everything - there were cozy throw blankets everywhere, comfy chairs, and a big dining room table for group dinners and games. The pantry was especially convenient, as was the fact there are three full baths in the house. A, we loved this place and would love to stay again.

Our family of four travel to Pagosa every year and this house is our favorite so far. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and outstanding views. Communication was quick and easy. The house book had all the info we needed and we appreciated the labels for lights, fans, etc.

Spectacular cabin

After a few different cabins me and my family had stayed around pagosa springs and south fork, we found to be this one our favorite, the cabin itself it’s amazing and the whole property that allowed us to hike around the house was great, we will definitely come back

Comfort and beauty

This house is extremely comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The fabulous large covered porch is the perfect place to take in the beauty of the mountains and the ever-changing sky. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return for another visit.

Family Get Away

This vacation spot was perfect for our family of 6, from the easy check-in process to the cozy and comfortable home. The cabin was spotless. The location of the cabin was close to the area where my husband and sons go hunting yearly which was great.

Perfect rental

I stayed here a few years ago, and it was so great I had to go back. If anything, the property amenities have improved, which I didn't think possible. The owners and manager of the property are super communicative and caring. Next time I visit the area I will absolutely stay here again.

Our second stay and not our last!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! Kitchen has everything you can think of to cook, kids can run around outside, town less than 15 min drive. A dream home in the mountains!
