  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. We had a fantastic stay. Chris was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. Location provided easy access to downtown Pagosa and the Wolf Creek Ski area. The home was very thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. We also loved having the pool table. We would not hesitate to stay with Chris again.

This townhouse was perfectly located and we had so much fun enjoying all the amenities. Everything was truly top-notch—from the game room, pool table, and games, to the large TVs that were perfect for relaxing at night. The patio view was amazing, and we loved how close everything was—so easy to walk everywhere.The decor was adorable, and the themed rooms were such a fun touch. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. Communication with the owner was excellent—responsive, helpful, and seamless from start to finish.This stay ended up being one of the best trips we’ve had in a long time, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Cutest Pagosa condo

This property was perfect for a getaway to Pagosa Springs. There were more kitchen and entertainment items than I could keep up with! The decor was so cute and owner, Chris, was very helpful. The view is somewhat obstructed from trees but we still enjoyed hanging out on the balcony right next to the river. Very much recommended!

Fabulous Home Away

We arrived and the house was clean, the air conditioner on and a very lovely Welcome To Pagosa sign with a bottle of wine and two wine glasses sat on the kitchen island. The home is well appointed, the views from the deck are the best. We spent all our extra time sitting on the deck watching the tubers, deer and ducks/geese play in the water and admiring the mountain views. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and the master bedroom was large with chairs to relax in while enjoying TV or in winter the fireplace! The washer and dryer is located between the two bedrooms so very easy to do our laundry. The back part of the garage is a game room with a pool table, TV and chairs to sit in. You can access the downstairs back porch from the garage and sit out there as well, but we did spend more time on the upstairs back deck. Our host, Chris, was so nice! He responded quickly, gave great advice on what to do and where to eat! And most importantly he was very flexible with our departure time. We will definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this property!

Tranquil riverview convenient to town.

Well equipped and maintained townhouse is perched above the San Juan. Nicely decorated and more than the essential courtesy supplies are provided. Owner is very attentive. They managed air conditioning, which is kind of rare in Pagosa. Kitchenflightup.

Serenity

What a lovely place in an excellent location! Nothing better than going to sleep with the windows open and hearing the river right babbling right outside your window. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever want. The pool table downstairs was a great perk as well. It was so nice storing all of our ski stuff and getting ready downstairs before heading out to the car. Excellent pace to stay and superb communication from the owner. Thanks Chris!

Great location and host

Sometimes I don’t want to give great reviews because I don’t want others to know about a “hidden gem” and this is one of those places. We love the location, the amenities and the set up for our family of four. Chris has set it up for a successful stay with a kitchen stocked for cooking at home, bedrooms that are comfortable and entertainment options for those days and nights we decided to stay in and have family time at home. A very short drive in to town or a nice walk along the river to get to all the places we wanted to eat and shop. All in all, Chris has done a great job providing a place to really enjoy a stay and a vacation.

Awesome place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in Pagosa Springs. Condo was great! Would definitely return here in the future. The condo had everything we needed and was great location. The host were very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Great for Walking!!

This is a great location. Access to hiking, biking and walking trails as well as all of downtown Pagosa Springs. We had a great time. We loved the townhome. Everything we needed and going to sleep listening to the San Juan River was wonderful. Thank you Rachel and Chris for sharing with us.

Peaceful and very close to town!

It was our first trip to Pagosa Springs. We were very pleased with the place right on the San Juan River. It was me and my wife in the master, but could have had another couple in the nice guestroom. Perfect size for a couple, 2 couples or small family. Place was modern and couldn't ask for a better location close to town and hot springs but not right in. Great view from master, living and dining rooms and balcony. Checked out pleased!

Very cute and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen, well stoked. Games, a pool table.2.5 bathrooms was nice. 3 patios. Right on the river. Wildlife, views everywhere. The host was exceptionally accommodating. Would definitely sta her again!
