  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Beautiful home, well-equipped and perfect for a relaxing week in the Pagosa Springs area. We enjoyed watching the deer roam the yard each day. Reliable internet. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment to prepare meals for the family.

Great get away to Pagosa. Awesome location, house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and nice shower. It was a little toasty at times with no central A/C. They did have humidified fans. A lot of wildlife passing through the backyard. I would definitely recommend

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Our family stayed two weeks and it felt just like home. We could’ve easily stayed another two weeks. The location and accommodations were fantastic. A beautiful home with beautiful views. Thanks for being such a great host. We look forward to visiting again next year!
