  • Enjoy a memorable Pagosa Springs getaway at this spacious 1,554-square-foot condo, ideally located in the uptown area just south of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club. With a peaceful setting, convenient access to outdoor recreation, and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, this inviting retreat makes it easy to experience the best of Southwest Colorado.

    Inside, the open living area offers a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. Gather around the gas fireplace on cool evenings, or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning during warmer summer days. The spacious layout gives everyone room to settle in and unwind between adventures.

    Step outside onto the shaded patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air. It's a welcoming spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or simply taking some time to relax after exploring the surrounding area.

    Outdoor recreation is right nearby. The Pagosa Springs Golf Club is just south of the condo and offers 27 holes with beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains. The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center and several well-stocked fishing lakes are also within a short walk, with opportunities to catch trout, largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and jumbo perch.

    When you're ready to explore beyond the neighborhood, downtown Pagosa Springs is approximately four miles east, where you can enjoy the area's famous hot springs, along with local shopping and dining. The San Juan River winds through town and offers opportunities for fishing, tubing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. In winter, Wolf Creek Ski Area is approximately 28 miles away for skiing and snowboarding, while Durango is less than 60 miles away for an easy day trip.

One of the nicest, most spacious rental homes I've stayed at. Incredibly clean and cozy, can comfortably host 6 people, dog-friendly, and very affordable. We loved our stay!

The townhome was nice. Convenient location and easy access. It was clean and the decor was perfect. It had everything we needed except a spatula in the kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

Spacious unit

This is a spacious unit, with all the necessities. We would gladly stay here again. Quiet because no one is above you. Easy access because it's ground level & has an assigned parking space.

Stay at Pines 4058

The property was clean and obviously cared for. The linen and bed clothes appeared new. The family room furniture was comfortable. All -in-all a very pleasant stay.

Excellent stay

Loved the layout. The loft was great for the kids upstairs, and it was nice to have the three bathrooms. The king bed was too soft and it was too bright in that room in the morning. Kitchen and washing machine area just fine. Would stay again!

The Pines Pagosa

We stayed in this unit 4 years ago. It has been updated and was much nicer and cleaner this time. Great place for kids. Lots of board games & books & loft with a bath room gives them their own space. Plenty of hot water and kitchen supplies were adequate. Only negative was a shortage of blankets for the king bed. Location is great. Lots of shopping and dining within a few blocks.

Master bedroom smelled like cat urine. Pet hair covered the furniture. Otherwise, it was ok. Fireplace and living room were nice. Loft area was perfect for the teen.

Nice little comfy spot.

It was nice it just could have been a little cleaner. Some dishes were dirty the furniture in the living room is a little outdated and one of the recliners was broken, but other than that the rooms were nice!

Mountain stay

Location good, area fine condos complex. The condo itself needs some painting, one recliner broken, bed mattresses need replacement on king. Carpets , dirty or just stained shagg rug?!
