House was beautiful and modern! However, needs a deep clean. Not enough towels. I understand the house had a washer, but I wasn’t there to constantly do laundry. For some reason the bedroom upstairs had some noises during the night, couldn’t figure out what was it. Other than this, it was a convenient location, close to downtown.

This was a great stay for 7 adults over 40. Close to the main area of town and beautiful views for both sunrise and sunset. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen is well stocked.

Great House. Great Location. 3 bedrooms down stairs including bunk room. 1 master on main living plus 1/2 bath. WALKABILITY: We really wanted to be able to walk into town. It was hard to tell by reviews how walkable this really was. While we did it ONCE it was not pleasant. For reference , I am 55. I can run 4 miles in 40 mins. I had to stop twice on this hill and it took me about 7 mins to get up it. We were traveling with 27 year olds who also did not want to walk back up. If you want a work out great but if you want to carry shopping bags or leftovers, it will be difficult. It was not just altitude. That being said, the house was great. We drove and parked when we wanted a shopping fix. There are so many things to do in the area and the drives to anywhere are gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again!Thanks for being wonderful Lori! See you next time!

Beautiful Home, But Disappointing Cleanliness and Communication

We were really looking forward to our stay because the house itself is beautiful and has great potential — but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by cleanliness issues that were hard to ignore.Upon arrival, we noticed the home had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was dog hair all throughout the house (even on kitchen counter), the kitchen faucet was broken (stuck in spray mode), a visible fingernail (or toenail) near the downstairs bathtub, and it seemed like we were waking up to new bugs every morning during our stay. The backyard had uncollected dog waste, which made it unpleasant to use the outdoor space and was very unsanitary for our kids.I reached out to the host on the first day to address the cleanliness, but did not receive a reply until I followed up again — this time about the dog waste in the yard. While she eventually responded and had someone come clean up some of the dog waste it was disappointing to feel that the initial concern wasn’t taken seriously.This home has a lot of potential and could be a wonderful stay with better attention to cleaning and more responsive communication. As it stands, it didn’t meet basic expectations for a vacation rental, which was frustrating given how nice the property itself could be.

Wonderful

Beautiful home within walking distance to downtown. Plenty of space for 6 people. Well stocked with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Everyone had a wonderful time & really enjoyed the home.

Open, spacious, clean!!

We had the best time at the Mesa property! All the amenities we needed, beautiful spacious open floor plan with plenty of room for the whole family and spectacular views of downtown Pagosa, the river and mountains in the distance. We were also so pleased with how close it was to downtown. We really thought it would be further.

fantastic property

We were 3 couples traveling to SW Colorado by motorcycle. This was a fantastic place to relax at the end of our riding days. We all had plenty of room and privacy, and enjoyed the deck for some stargazing. Will definitely rent this property again.

This property was exactly as described. If I could give more stars, I would. It was more than what was expected. Very clean, beautiful views of the mountains, and a very nice quiet neighborhood, close to downtown shopping and the springs. I highly recommend this property. Great place for a family ski trip!

This property is located right in town and has everything your family needs to create fun memories. Our family of 6 had more than enough space. The house is in great condition. We saw wild turkeys and deer throughout the very quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Multi Family House

We traveled with another family of 4. We have stayed at multiple different homes in pagosa, but this was by far our favorite. 2 car garage to keep the cars dry with a garage code. We never even used the front door. This house was immaculate! The best stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. Nothing missing from what you need at home. My ONLY complaint…the mattress in the master is as hard as a rock. Just a heads up for someone looking for something softer. That being said, I would stay here again in a minute and just bring a mattress topper.

Beautiful!

This is a great property. The home itself is beautiful and the views are fantastic. It’s close to downtown—walkable even. Communication with the property manager is easy and they are very responsive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
