When not enjoying the tranquility of the back patio and bubbling pond, you are just a 10- minute walk or bike ride to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and boutique stores. It is also conveniently located as a three-minute drive from essentials such as the grocery store, gas station, and much more. When you are ready to explore beyond, downtown Pagosa is only an 8-minute drive away, and a plethora of hikes and other activities are at your fingertips.



This homely haven sleeps up to 8 people and offers everything you need to enjoy your time in Pagosa Paradise. Whether it is curling up next to the roaring fireplace after a day out and about, or getting ready to explore by enjoying your coffee and breakfast on the serene patio, Alpine Escape is the perfect home away from home.



Our home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, suitable for families and mature adults who want a peaceful, quiet getaway. Noise & light ordinances are implemented by the county & HOA with fines for excess noise &/or leaving exterior lights on during the daytime or after 10:30 PM. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am.



Parking Notes: There is free parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles; two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway.  No trailers or street parking allowed.”



*There are security cameras on the exterior of the front of the building and on the rear of the building for your safety on these premises.



**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety Please be prepared with snow chains for all two wheel drive vehicles, AWD and 4X4 are recommended during the months of November - May

HOUSE LAYOUT

The charming front porch leads into the spacious, open plan living space and kitchen that has striking floor to ceiling windows. Just to the right is a half bathroom for convenience. As you step into the living room, you are greeted with a stunning fireplace and gorgeous stonework chimney that reaches to the second floor. From the plush couch, you can look to see the modern kitchen with peach granite countertops and state of the art appliances. Through the kitchen door is a washer and dryer that give way to a two-car garage. The double sliding glass door in the living room opens onto a lovely patio with rolling grass that leads to a bubbling pond. Through another door in the living room is the master bedroom and bathroom, which boast a king bed, plentiful closet space, and a beautifully tiled shower. The stairs lead to an upstairs ‘den’ that offers a stately hardwood desk, perfect for a work station, more comfy seating, and a flatscreen tv. The first bedroom and second bedrooms hold a queen-sized bed each and abundant closet space. Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom that also has a tub.



***Most mountain residences do not have air conditioning. However, this home has one small window A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom. Fans are also provided for your comfort.

Wonderful

The place is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and great communication from the host. Location is a little outside of downtown (a plus for us) but grocery shopping and restaurants very close by and a short drive to town and the hot springs. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook several meals. There is a beautiful view from the living room and a fireplace for ambience. Location was close to town but extremely quiet and cozy. Beds were so comfy! We would definitely stay here again!

Great rooms, great kitchen, great location

This was the best equipped kitchen of any vacation home we've ever stayed at. Everything we needed! The bedrooms and common rooms were very comfortable and the location was very convenient. Communication with the management company was rocky at first but they ended up being were on our trip they very helpful and responsive.

Perfect place to stay with everything we needed.

Beautiful property in a well kept neighborhood near all the shops and restaurants. We were there to ski at wolf park and it was only 30 minutes to the mountains and 5 minutes to the hot springs. The house was very comfortable and it had everything we needed to cook a full meal after the mountains and a great nights sleep. Very well kept and plenty of space for 5 or 6.

Perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay for a summer getaway. Perfect for our family of 6, and the property is very well managed. Just a FYI: this property is a part of a set of row homes, and it does share a common wall with permanent residents. They are very nice, but quiet hours are enforced. Thanks!

Fun Time in a Great Townhome

The townhome was large, clean and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit backed to a green open space complete with trees, flowers and a small pond-great for a BBQ. The property manager contacted us several times to be sure everything was ok. Overall I would highly recommend the property.
