Winter guests should plan for snow and use a suitable vehicle. Guest capacity is limited to 6. Pagosa Springs is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest and known for its geothermal hot springs. The lake beside the home is shallow with natural shoreline plants, and homes are close together, so please be mindful of neighbors.
