"The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of very good dining options within a few minutes walk and also several mini marts if you need groceries or breakfast supplies. "Everyone was friendly and always asked if we were ok or needed anything. It’s very clean. Boutique Hotels are common in this area, located in the alleys. Many restaurants, massage, shopping are located in the alleys. There is a small quaint coffee shop with healthy eating called Shelter Cafe. Step out of the Homestay, go left and it’s on your right hand side. The Night Shopping is just a few feet away, all in walking distance!! Lan Uyen Homestay was was wonderful. "This very nice homestay a few minutes away from the heart of old town Hoi an is a perfect spot for a quiet stay in this amazing city. On Too of the very nice owners , the more than 70 bonsaïs garden and the pool makes this place a good place to rest after a day at the beach or in Hoi an old district. The lend bikes for free , perfect to visit the city and even head to the beach . Definitely a good choice "
