No había personal que nos atendiera, de tardaron más de una hora en entregarnos la habitación, nos hicieron cambiar de habitación, el wifi no llevaba a la habitación.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dawkins Manor in Bermuda! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and microwave. I felt safe throughout my stay, which is always important when traveling. And Ms. Dawkins is an absolute gem! She lives right on the property, which was an added bonus. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay while visiting Bermuda, I would definitely recommend Dawkins Manor!

Celia was lovely and helpful and really made my stay feel like being with family. Great swimming pool. I was surprised, though, that breakfast wasn't included as I did think I'd booked this through Expedia.

The place was hot. They had no amenities i had to change rooms and was placed in a hot and disgusting room. Was told that I had to pay to use the wifi and they would not turn the AC on. 0/10 would not recommend staying here at all.

I had a great stay at Dawkins Manor Hotel while I was in Bermuda. The property was very clean and comfortable, and Celia was absolutely lovely to deal with. The rooms are a bit dated, but had all the amenities I needed throughout my stay. The area where the hotel is located was safe and quiet, and it reasonably easy to get to many areas around the island, especially if you also rent a scooter.

Hi, I just returned from my stay at Dawkins Manor....Mrs Dawkins was a great host...don't expect the most updated furnishings and ammenities but you get what you pay for and it was a great value....super clean....nice amount of space...very centrally located...walk to market, the beach, bus stop....I will definitely stay there again when traveling back to the island.

The property is in a perfect location. Supermarket 1/4 away opens at 7am. Staff and Mrs Celia Dawkins were wonderful. I will be sending many visitors their way. Close to the beautiful South Shore beaches! Go and have fun! Nice quite residential street.

The staff was helpful, but the owner was inhospitable. A few family members came to visit me including my wife and infant from a cruise ship and she tried to charge my wife for staying the night when the reservation payment was for 2 adults. She kept checking on us to make sure our guests left.

The location is excellent. There's a grocery store close by, Elbow Beach is within walking distance, and bus routes 7 and 8 have stops nearby. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. There was a dead cockroach under the table that was still there after the first night, and the couch was torn and heavily stained, to the point where I avoided sitting on it. The room itself is dated but otherwise acceptable. The reception set the tone early. The owner was helpful when I needed something, but she never responded in a way that made me feel welcome as a guest. One thing to know before booking: the cancellation policy is useless if something comes up two or three days before your trip, which is the more realistic scenario. You can only cancel free of charge more than a week out. Good spot if location is your priority and you're not particular about the room. I wouldn't book it again.

Sitting by the pool on our balcony was lovely! We enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to Hamilton city, and a grocery store is a block away for provisions. Convenient to the Rail Trail. The bathroom was well-appointed. The kitchen worked well. Lovely neighborhood. The host, Ms Dawkins, is very welcoming. The living room air conditioner did not work, which meant we had to leave the bedroom door open at all times to maintain cool - unfortunate for privacy, but the apartment did stay cool.

Clean, safe and affordable! Ms. Dawkins was super sweet and very helpful! Happily made change for the very convenient bus. Bus stop at the end of the street. 15 min bus ride to Hamilton for $3.50. Supermarket was 3 min walk and the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (Elbow) was 10 min walk. My unit had great AC and full kitchenette.

Dawkins Manor is a lovely inn, owned and operated by Celia Dawkins for the past 42 years. Rooms are squeaky clean and comfortable. We rented the two bedrooms and main room upstairs that included a full kitchen, dining and living area. It was quite comfortable for 4 adults. It was also nice having a swimming pool on property. It's located in the Paget Parish neighborhood, walking distance to a grocery store (one block) and Elbow Beach (which is stunning!). You're only one block off of the bus line and ferry boats, that give you access to the entire island. On an island that is generally very expensive, Dawkins Manor is a true value.

Dawkins Manor is quaint and quiet, located 5 minutes walk from the market, several mainline bus stops and the beach. I was in a unit that overlooked the pool, with a kitchenette, with great AC. Though a little dated decor-wise, the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The shower water pressure wasn’t great but makes sense given the rainwater reclamation and conservation situation in Bermuda. The TV streaming stopped working after a couple nights and there is a daily charge for Wifi, likely a non-issue for anyone that has unlimited data on their personal device. Ms. Celia is a lovely human being and I recommend Dawkins Manor for solo, first time and repeat travelers to Bermuda looking for a safe and comfortable stay.
