🏜️ The Basecamp is a new-construction home in the quiet, dark-sky community of Greenehaven, about 10 minutes north of Page on the Utah border. No frills and no fuss, just a spotless, comfortable, well-built home designed as a place to sleep, recharge, and regroup between days on the water and in the canyons. Sleeps up to 14 across 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, with a private backyard firepit for winding down under some of the darkest skies in the Southwest.



🏜️ Operated by Page Vacation Rentals. Kiki will be your primary point of contact from booking to check-in through checkout. Every stay is guaranteed clean and fully stocked by our in-house cleaning crew. The Basecamp is prepared with sustainable, eco-friendly products and naturally clean essentials and personal care products for every guest. You'll also find hotel-quality white linens, bath towels, and spa towels, all washed in unscented detergent. We stock basic cooking oils, seasonings, and ground coffee to be used in our standard coffee pots.



🏜️ Location & Night Skies: Greenehaven is a small, quiet neighborhood with no streetlights and very little traffic. The stars here are the main event. Step out to the firepit after dark and the Milky Way is overhead most clear nights. You're minutes from the Stateline launch ramp and Wahweap Marina, and closer to Lake Powell than most of Page.



🚤 Lake Powell is open and will stay open! The Stateline launch ramp is fully operational and the lake offers excellent sightseeing and recreation at all water levels. We're at the south end of the lake with 400' of water at the dam.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given a one-time entry code to a secure keypad on the day of their arrival.

Greenehaven is a small residential community with no hotels, no crowds, and no through traffic. As a designated Dark Sky community, outdoor lighting and noise are limited after 9 PM, and we ask guests to help preserve the serene environment (the stargazing makes it worth it).
