New Town Home-Sleeps 11- Multiple available-#12

Stay in a new townhome in Page, Az with sweeping views of the Grand Canyon! Minutes away from Lake Powell, Horse Shoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. There are four townhomes available to rent, each sleep 12 people comfortably. All furnishings are new and comfortable. The townhomes are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you prefer dining out, they are close to restaurants or if you prefer cooking at home, each unit comes with any amenity you could need. Welcome to your home away from home!

1. Please take out all trash and put into the dumpster.
2. Please load all dishes used in the dish washer and start it before leaving , hand wash large items.
4. Please pull all linens used and towels and place in front of washing machine upstairs.

This location is absolutely perfect for exploring! It has more than adequate boat parking. The unit itself was very clean,fresh, and nice. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation without having to haulour entire house with us! Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Our Annual Trip!Our company does an annual Lake Powell trip, and this was by far the best VRBO experience we've had! We stayed in these townhouses for 2 nights 3 days before heading to the houseboats, and they were absolutely perfect.The homes were clean, spacious, and well-designed with big open areas that made it easy for our group to relax and enjoy. The long-term neighbors nearby were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall great vibe.The location is excellent—super convenient and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, always quick to answer any questions.The fact that the units are right next to each other worked out perfectly for our group. We’ve already decided that we’ll be booking these townhouses every year from now on. Highly recommended to anyone planning a trip to Page or Lake Powell!

The place is very clean and equipped with a lot of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. Very peaceful stay here. The checkout is a little bit more work because there was an annoying long list of chores to complete, considering the high cleaning fee we had to pay. But i still rated everything 5 star because we indeed enjoyed our stay and the person who cleaned up after did reached out to let us know we left something there. Shoutout to her for being so nice and willing to ship it to us. Everything was just nice in this place, the shower works great, the bed was very comfy the AC works, nice place to relax at the back of the house. Recommmended!

Stayed 2 nights. We made breakfasts & suppers, the kitchen has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Entire house is clean & has everything needed.Internet was slow, but that’s not unusual for being in a somewhat remote area of the state.We would stay here again, plenty of room for 5 adults.

Perfect Stay

Spacious, very clean, 3 bedrooms, Perfect for our family. Well equipped kitchen. Also appreciated paper supplies (t.p./Kleenex). Great communication with host. Nice location for sites- we saw the Grand Canyon, Zion and the Wave. Would definitely stay again!

Great views

This was a great location and space for a family of 5. We vacationed in the area for one week visiting Cathedral Wash, Antelope Canyons, Lake Powell, Zion National Park, Grand Canyon and more. It was a great central location. The rental itself was very clean and modern. Felt like home away from home.

Very nice property, suitable for group

Stayed here during our 1-day visit to Page to visit Antelope Canyon. This place was located next to the Hyatt, about 5 minutes drive from the Upper Canyon tour meeting place, and walkable to some of the restaurants. It was clean and updated (new). This accommodated our group of 4 adults well, and included laundry, garage, full size kitchen, and small outdoor patio.
