Quiet, Cozy Three Bedroom Two Bath Home, Great Location

Have fun at this fully stocked home with three queen and one king bed and a pack n play. There are tv’s in each bedroom as well as the living area. There is a screened in back patio with a ceiling fan and bbq grill. Provides all the necessary utensils and cooking items to cook up a tasty meal, including crockpot and blender. Offers a workspace and wifi. Located minutes from attractions such as Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and many hiking opportunities. On site outdoor street or driveway parking provided. No Pets, No parties and no smoking.

This was the best vrbo stay ever! We were greeted by a tray of snacks, full toiletries, laundry and dish soap.... So many thoughtful touches that made our stay perfect. The home is beautiful, even better than the pictures. Nothing is far in Page but the location is perfect. Thank you for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this host and home.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was extremely clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. It made traveling easy and stress-free. The ratings can’t go high enough for this house and the host. It is absolutely beautiful and updated and spacious and not only has every amenity you can ask for with kitchen appliances.Etc. There were snacks, waiting for us, a beautiful coffee, service area complete with pods and coffee for the pot. There were spices in the closet. The bathrooms were set up like a five star hotel in the event you forgot anything. The host communication was amazing and the Property location is perfect. I was there with just my wife, but I’d imagine many many people would be comfortable in that house. Swipe by any idea to get a hotel and stay here if you have the opportunity.

We take a lot of family trips, and this is, hands down, the BEST place we’ve ever stayed. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-stocked! The location was perfect for getting to Lake Powell, as well as being by restaurants and even a Super Walmart. It’s evident that much time has been taken to make this rental property as convenient and comfortable as possible. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Powell Trip

We had an amazing time at Lake Powell. We have down this trip a few times. The home that we stayed in was one of the best VRBO’s that we have ever stayed in. The house was great. It had plenty of room to a moderate size group (7 people). They stocked the home well with plenty of extras that I did not anticipate. I would totally stay here again.

Cleanest rental I’ve ever seen!

I know everyone has said the same in the reviews, but this place is the cleanest place I’ve ever seen! I’m very picky and this property has surpassed my expectations and is truly impeccable! The owner also went above and beyond in the details and little extras she included which was so welcoming! Also, excellent location to everything we had planned! Thank you so much for making me feel like it was home! Highly highly recommend!

Lake visit

The home was a great place to come home to after loooong days on the lake. The AC worked very well and the accomodatuons were very comfortable. The back patio was nice to have shaded dinners at, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The locatuon is fairly central to either boat ramp and close to town if we needed to grab somwthing. Our kids had their own bedroom and could get some privacy if needed. Our bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. Thanks for a great time, we will be back.

The location and amenities of the house cannot be beat! Quick trip to food, marina, park and other activities. Super well stocked pantry and snacks all laid out for our arrival was a great surprise..Easy check in and great communication from the host.

Outstanding Property

As recently retired VRBO property owners of multiple highly rated vacation rental properties for over 20 years we are very discriminating when it comes to selecting VRBO properties. This property did not disappoint!! It had all the amenities we would want to provide a comfortable stay. It has a good balance of decorations without having too much clutter. The reason why this property stands out ... simply put: because the property is self-managed by an owner who genuinely strives to provide excellent customer service. We have already recommended this property to friends of ours who make annual trips to Lake Powell.

Thoughtful Hosts

The home was spacious and nicely decorated.It was so well stocked with so many items that we usually have to get to the store to pick up.Even some things we may not think of were there for us, like sunscreen, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, bandaids...honestly the list goes on and on.Thank you so very much for doing the thinking for us so that we could just enjoy all the activities in Page!

2 Days in Page

We stayed here for a short layover between Vegas and Sedona. I wish we would have stayed longer. It was a wonderful rest stop in between. The house was amazing, and Page was beautiful with lots of fun things to do and great hikes.
