The house is composed of two bedrooms, fully equipped, with an area of 140m2, surrounded by a spacious garden and with a private beach nearby (25 m).

The house, with an area of 140m2, is equipped with a modern kitchen with a large living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms with dressing room.
Room number 1 has a double bed ( 180x190), while room number 2 is equipped with two single beds (90x190).
In addition, it includes two bathrooms and a large terrace. The property also offers private access to the beach at about 25 meters.

The house is nestled in the charming town of Paea, just 22 minutes from Tahiti Faaa airport.
With private access to the lagoon, a fenced garden and a secure gate, the property offers a family-friendly and peaceful setting. You will find a well-stocked supermarket within two minutes walk, and a variety of amenities such as restaurants, pharmacy, doctor, and other shops within a mile radius.
On the way between the airport and the villa, you will discover the Supermarket Marina Tiana (Punaauia), open 24h/24h, as well as the station Mobil (Punaauia), accessible 24h/24h.

For a reservation of 1 to 2 people per night:
Room number 1 is equipped with a large bed for two people, with its bathroom. This room will be open and available.

You will also have access to all other rooms of the house as well as to the outdoor areas.

For a reservation of 3 to 4 people per night:
In addition to room number 1, room number 2 will also be available. It has two single beds, ideal to accommodate additional guests.

Tap water is not potable in the municipality of Paea.

Towels, hair dryer and linens are provided.
Shower gel and shampoo are available for your comfort.
The villa is equipped with a washing machine and laundry that you can use at your convenience.

We would like to remind you that electricity in French Polynesia represents a significant cost and that we count on your collaboration for a responsible use of electrical equipment, including air conditioning.
We would like to thank you for:
Use air conditioning only when you are present and at a reasonable temperature (ideally 26°C).
Make sure to turn off electrical appliances and lights when you leave the home.
Close doors and windows when air conditioning is on for better efficiency.
In case of abnormally high consumption, an adjustment to the fee could be applied

The welcome booklet will be sent to you before your arrival to facilitate your installation.

Entry into the premises is autonomous with a secure keybox.
