We have enjoyed hundreds of visitors from over 39 countries over the last 10 years and we take pride in welcoming each guest to the Beach House. This is the largest Bay Area beach house directly on the Pacific Ocean. Anything larger would be considered a Hotel or Motel in San Francisco. We use Hotel professional cleaning crews including, disinfecting every new guest's check-in. We are a short 13 minutes from SFO airport and 7 minutes from San Francisco where you can enjoy City Life,
Near by offers: fishing, whale watching, hiking, biking, surfing, and a Golf course minutes away Grocery stores restaurants, sightseeing. Sharp park cliffs and trails are a short 5 minute walk from our location.
We have Two huge decks with two firepits front of pacifica ocean. The first floor deck around 800SF ( it not including house sq footage ). The second story decks are approx 400 sq feet with firepit. Two small private decks also have amazing views of the ocean.

This world-class location can host up to 27 people sleeping on real beds . Fast internet and reserved covered parking for up to eight vehicles on site.

We are Licensed and Registered as a short-term rental host with the City of Pacifica for several years in AAA good standing. Note * There are limitations on parking and noise in our small coastal community and we work hard to balance a guests experience and respect our wonderful beach community in Pacifica .

Exceeded all expectations!!! 29 women gathered for a long weekend at the ocean! The property was Fantastic... plenty of space for large group meetings. The decks with fire pits had beautiful views. The beds were SO comfortable. The kitchens (Yes!! Multiple Kitchens) were well stocked - tons of serving trays and large cookware and 3 full sized frigs plus mini frigs as well. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a wonderful time!

The property was so wonderful. We had 21 people (family) and plenty of space. The upstairs dryer didn't work, but the downstairs one was fine. There is no hot tub, but there is a jetted bath tub in the upstairs primary bedroom

We had such a blast celebrating our post proposal engagement party at the beach house. Our entire event was themed “R&B by the Sea” and the views were amazing. We had high tide during the visit which made for some beautiful sights. The place was equipped with anything you would ever need and so many rooms with bathrooms! Would recommend, and we might even come back!!

This house is not as advertised. There is no hot tub, the elevator is out of service, no AC, and an ant infestation. Overall the cleanliness was unacceptable. There was an entire hamburger under the sofa with a trail of ants. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards and dirty, used bedding left on the beds. The trash was overflowing. The floors were filthy and had not been cleaned. I alerted Lance upon arrival and he immediately refunded our cleaning fee which was appreciated. However, it was crushingly disappointing to stay in such a filthy and uncared for property. Do not recommend.

Held an offsite for my 9 person start-up. This property has 10 rooms so everyone had a private room. Kitchens were well stocked. And the location was amazing. Fantastic views, easy to walk to food. 5 star. Will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home with breath-taking views. We enjoyed some lovely walks in the areas. There was ample space to gather, cook and to store food for all of our meals at "home." Two areas that weren't perfect... #1 cleanliness... there were ants in several of the rooms and bathrooms, from the time we arrived. Additional MANY pans we took out for cooking were dirty. #2 & most importantly, the description of the bedrooms in the listing didnt accurately match the beds available. This caused some issues with the room assignments we had planned. If this is importance for your planning, I'd recommend double checking the rooms with Lance. He is extremely responsive to all questions and a great host.

Family and friends still talk about the location and how much they loved the view and hike. Host was nice when he called about neighbors concerns when chairs and tables were delivered to us for more sitting. We hope to be back again someday.

We gathered for a business retreat for 11 people, the home had ample and comfortable private space for everyone, great spaces for meetings, meals, games and relaxing. Beautiful walk down the beach to the overlook covered in wildflowers. The home has every kitchen tool and gadget you can imagine and enough space to feed an army.

Exceeded our expectations for a group of 10 staying for a week-long company getaway. Everyone had their own separate spaces, while there were still lots of rooms for groups to get together and connect. Super easy access to great hiking and walking trails, and of course - beautiful ocean views from many bedrooms. Lance was super communicative and accommodating. Thank you so much! Would love to stay here again.

This 2-unit gem exceeded our expectations. The view of the ocean, indoor and outdoor space on both floors, 10 rooms with plenty of room for people to sleep as well as hangout, created a magical weekend for our family and friends. We have many young children in the party and the house felt safe and accommodating. The host was responsive and very helpful. We would absolutely come back again!

This was a perfect place for my group of friends to celebrate a birthday! The location is right next to the ocean and the noise was so soothing at night. We loved the fire pit and there were plenty of bedrooms for all of us

We had a group of 12 stay at the property for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. The place was perfect. Lots of room, great shared spaces, and wonderful outside space (with fire pits to keep warm). Lance was a great host - always quick to respond to any questions. Our friends have been telling me all week how fantastic this place was. Would definitely stay again.

This is a special home designed for group team / family experiences and connection. It is warm, set up well and Lance is a gem to work with. I highly recommend this property and if you don't book it, I always will. :)

We rented this house for our annual board retreat. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. The house was clean, well set up and easy to use. The bedroom layout worked better than expected based on the description. The full size bunk beds were great because we had all couples and they could still sleep on the same bed together. Will definitely book again.
