This 1949 Spanish Bungalow by the sea in Pacific Grove, has been fully remodeled inside and out with modern conveniences and yet reveals some of its historic charm - from its original, refinished hardwood floors, wood paneled walls in the living and dining spaces, existing brick fireplace and interior doors, to even the little details of the brass door knocker and tree stump on the front porch.

The centrally located three bedroom, two bath, 1,100 square foot single-level home is peacefully situated in a cul-de-sac and is within walking distance to the Asilomar State Beach and Coast Trail, an easy walk with areas of boardwalk paths along the dunes and Pacific Coast. Also close by is the Point Pinos Lighthouse, Pacific Grove Golf Links, Lover’s Point, Downtown Pacific Grove, Monterey--Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Just a short drive away and you'll find Pebble Beach and charming Carmel-by-the-Sea. Explore the outdoors or relax and unwind in your home away from home. Fine dining, boutique shopping, hiking and historic sight-seeing opportunities await you!

The cozy living room has a remote control gas fireplace to warm you on cool evenings and a Smart TV with streaming service. Relax on the sectional or the recliner and fast track your mind into vacation mode. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The open-concept kitchen is fully-equipped so you can enjoy creating meals on your vacation. The kitchen features Italian appliances, a pantry, plenty of storage, a wine fridge and a professional quality four-burner gas stove.
The extendable dining table seats 6-8.

Outside, the large back patio space has outdoor furniture, fire pit and a gas grill in the landscaped yard.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with streaming service.
The hallway bathroom has a standing shower.

A one car garage is available for parking in addition to space for one car in the driveway. This home is on a very small, quiet street. Street parking is very limited. One block away there are more parking options if you have more than two cars or if you have visitors.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
