The Treehouse Townhouse

This renovated 1700 square foot townhome is located just behind the grocery/liquor store, with a restaurant and another bar nearby. Our home is pet-friendly so bring your best friend along. Please be aware that there is vintage taxidermy in the home.

Walk a block to the farmer's market in the summer or launch your kayak across the street! Plenty of space and a gourmet kitchen awaits. Three bedrooms with two memory foam queen beds and room with two twins for older children. A forest sits around you on the deck while you grill dinner. The beach is a 3 minute drive away or catch the free trolley at Chester’s and ride in comfort to the beach.

The house was great very clean and a perfect place for families. The kitchen was well stocked from a tools perspective anything one would need from a culinary perspective. The host was extremly responsive and made the whole process seamless. Will stay here again if we go back to OR for sure!

Amazing Getaway!

Our trip to the coast was amazing and Pacific City is our new hidden gem! Ann was an amazing hostess and we’d recommend this stay to anyone trying to have a relaxing time on the coast!

We had a great time cooking great meals in the fully equipped kitchen even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. Very useful info for enjoying Pacific City and area. Ann was very responsive to any questions Our dogs loved it.

Splendid property

Ann's home has been a true treasure, and we appreciated the convenient location to the beach. As kayakers, we especially enjoyed the access point to the river, which was directly across the street. The home was warm and inviting, and it easily accommodated our small family gathering. We do hope to stay here again when we return to the area!

Great place to stay

It was a great place in an ideal location. The house is very well stocked in the kitchen. It was a comfortable place to relax. The 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms were very clean. We especially loved the balcony patio with the very comfy furniture. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay in Pacific city

Our stay at Treehouse Townhouse was great. The house was welcoming, comfortable beds, great kitchen and nice deck. Ann was responsive to our questions and checked up on us during our visit. Ann sends great instructions for items in the house and great adivce on things to do in the area. We had no issues during our stay. The townhouse is in a good location, we were able to walk the neighborhood and walk to the beach. We bought fresh fish just down the street. We also enjoyed watching the deer watch us each evening. :) We traveled with our dog and the house and neighborhood are dog friendly. We had been doing a lot of traveling and needed some downtime, Treehouse Townhouse and Pacific City was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful accommodation!

This property was a great fit for our family. It was quiet and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The host provided very helpful information on area offerings. The kitchen was very well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay.

Small group get away

Room to spread out for a group of 3 to 4 with a super well equipped kitchen, comfy living room and deck gathering areas. Close walking to kayaking, grocery/liquor store, bakery and restaurants. Short driving distance to antiquing in Cloverdale or beach exploring at Pacific City or Tierra Del Mar. Drive a bit further to Netarts, Oceanside or Cape Meares for a change of pace. Nice view of river from dining area. Great centralized location with modern, clean accommodations. Host is prompt with communications and helpful suggestions.
