Large House-Close to Beach Access, Restaurants-Family-Pet Friendly-So Much Fun!

Discover Pacific City, the gorgeous beaches, the Nestucca River, but still feel right at home. Tucked away in the Nestucca Ridge Subdivision is the Nestucca Ridge House. 3 bedrooms, a pullout sofa, 2-1/2 bath traditional cedar sided home. The heart of the home is on the second level with an open floor plan that draws your eyes upward to the beautiful wood planked ceiling. The living area has plenty of room to stretch out and a gas fireplace for warmth and convenience with a smart Tv. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an on-suite. Outside deck for sitting with BBQ. The lower level houses 2 guest bedrooms, a pullout sofa, a full bath and a more casual den with another TV for separation.

The Nestucca Ridge Subdivision has walking trails through green spaces to stretch your legs and look for wildlife. Pacific City is exciting in every season. So get a good night's sleep and wake to remember that the beach is only 5 blocks away.

Pet fee is $50 plus lodging taxes per pet, per stay. Up to two pets allowed. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house unless in a kennel.

Love hearing the ocean!

Delightful property to stay in. It rained a bunch while we were there, but the roominess made it pleasant just the same. We watched Goonies within spittin' distance of Goonies Rock.

Great location, nice, walking path, easy, walk to the ocean, easy walk into town

We really enjoyed our stay here, loved the central location to everything. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and a lot of space to spread out. Nice neighborhood.

Nice house but needs updating & maintenance.

My stay was very good. There were somethings that I feel need mentioning. The white towels are not white and should be bleached. The carpet, especially downstairs should be taken out. It does not seem clean and sand and other things are constantly being brought in. The bedroom window screen had a big hole in it and I couldn't leave the window open. I did want bugs coming in. Other than those few things, I enjoyed the house, especially, the location.

Nice area

The house is located on a quiet street, just 15 minutes walk from the beach. Look for paths throughout this area of Pacific City which avoid the roads -- can follow paved paths across the main hwy and over the dunes to the shore. The house is very comfortable and well-appointed. No view of the ocean, but good light and privacy.

Family Reunion Weekend

We were in town for a family reunion. There were 7 of us that stayed at the house. It was very comfortable and the bedrooms worked great for us. Having the master on a separate floor from the other two bedrooms allowed my two daughters and three granddaughters to have the lower level all to themselves. We enjoyed are stay at this house.

drive to the beach

We really liked the house and the neighborhood but you do have to drive a way to get to the beach. The house is older and needs some help (kitchen sink has sides broken off, master shower doors are oddly hinges, etc) but has a nice floor plan for a family. The house was not well stocked. No spaghetti strainer, mixing bowls, and various other items. Bring extra napkins and paper towels as they certainly didn’t leave enough for our stay.
