The Chill Out Cottage is a brand new home in the Pacific City Heights neighborhood. It has gorgeous finishes and is designed perfectly for a relaxing, easy, family-friendly vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is on a very peaceful street which is safe for walks, and deer watching but just a short drive to the beach.

This home does not have a view, but walks throughout the quiet neighborhood provide stunning, birds-eye views of Pacific City, Cape Kiwanda and the coastline. There are vacation homes and permanent residents here. Cape Kiwanda beach access is a 2 mile drive.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
