Welcome to The SeaDragon - the complete package for families and their pups looking for a getaway near Sunrise Pool! This cozy three bedroom, dog-friendly escape boasts an abundance of indoor and outdoor amenities, and is next-door neighbors to Seabrook’s outdoor pool.

The front yard is a fantastic hang-out spot whether you are lounging in a rocking chair on the covered front porch with views of Sunrise Pool, unwinding in the hot tub at the end of an adventurous day, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, or gathering around the gas fire table with seating for six for some elegant al fresco dining.

On the opposite side of the house, the back yard is fully-fenced for the dogs and kiddos in your group to explore, and the upstairs back deck features a gas grill and peaceful forest views.

Inside, The SeaDragon has room for up to 9 with a primary king bedroom on the main floor, and a queen bedroom, twin-over-queen bunk bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa located downstairs.

Stay connected to your favorite people in the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms. Cable TV with local sports allows for curling up in front of the gas fireplace for a football game on a crisp fall evening, and the kitchen counter barstool seating is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while the chef rolls out pie dough or crafts a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. If you need a break from the action, retreat to the back deck and soak in the soothing sounds of the ocean roaring in the distance.

The downstairs level is a fun hideout for the kiddos, whether they are building blanket forts in the bunk room or watching a movie in the media room. The media room offers access to the fully-fenced back yard where the kids and dogs can roam freely. The SeaDragon also provides two large, collapsible dog kennels located under the bunk bed when it’s time for the pups to take a snooze.
