The Penthouse is all about relaxing in style and placing yourself on the perfect perch with amazing views and good vibes. Feel the sea breeze from the northern facing balcony and hear the oceans roar each night as a soothing lullaby. Enjoy the nearly panoramic view while you read a good book you’ve been meaning to find the time for while sipping your cup of coffee on the rooftop steps away from the Penthouse while enjoying the hustle and bustle of the market and town below. Take a break by cozying up by the fireplace lounging watching TV on the large flat screen while being able to see the cresting waves through the window. You can try out that new recipe you’ve been meaning to find the time for in our light and bright kitchen or BBQ on the rooftop and watch the sunset as you grill. The shared rooftop generally faces south, so combined with the private condo northern facing interior balcony, you will have 360 degrees of amazing views.

Pet Friendly - The Penthouse is pet friendly and your dogs will enjoy smells and sounds from the balcony and will enjoy sunbathing and keep you company while you grill and relax on the common area rooftop.

Home Interior - Professionally decorated by Seabrook's own SeaWorthy Home, you will feel comfortable from the start. The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a town and sunrise facing eastern facing window. The main room has a murphy queen bed, which gives guests the feeling they’re in an open lofted condo by the beach and has direct access to a half-bath, leaving the bedroom undisturbed. Some guests may appreciate the fact that there are no bunk beds or ladders to climb. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The Penthouse comfortably sleeps 4 guests plus a fur baby or two.
