The villa is located within the Saline Nature Reserve of Trapani and Paceco, with a view of the Egadi islands. In addition, the villa has an area reserved for body care, in fact the gym is equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment to improve and treat the health and well-being of the person.

The location of the villa is also privileged for excursions, in just a few kilometers you can reach the center of Trapani, from its port (6 km away) you can embark for the Egadi islands. In a short time you reach the medieval center of Erice, (17 Km away) while on the road that leads to Marsala you can admire the ancient and evocative salt pans of Nubia (8km away) with windmills and come across a flock of pink flamingos that they stop in the reserve, proceeding there is the natural reserve of the Stagnone, a vast lagoon in which the island of Mothia stands out where it is possible to admire ancient remains of one of the major Punic centers in the Mediterranean. At 35 kilometers of the villa is San Vito Lo Capo, one of the beautiful beaches of Europe, the Zingaro and Mount Cofano reserve with the possibility of naturalistic excursions, not to forget the temples of Segesta, Selinunte and Agrigento, living testimonies of what was once Magna Graecia. Distance from the villa to the sea with sandy beaches 7km while for the rocks 11km.
