"Lovely stay for a last minute 1 night stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Informed staff I was gluten free and they provided me a lovely GF continental breakfast. Beds were comfy everything was clean. Your opposite the main pub in the square so you can step out and dine at some lovely places. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lytham again. Thank you! 5 stars from me."

"A wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. Accommodation was very clean, powerful shower. Bar and food menu extensive, with a park for children. Near to Warton, Lytham and Lytham St Anne's. An excellent location. Would totally recommend."

"Massive error: I booked there quickly without checking the reviews first, and found myself in the must disgusting place ever... The young lad that gave me the keys was ok, but the room smell the cigarettes which gave me headaches and the mould on the shower + dirty carpet + the window that's could not close + doggy smell in the entrance..... I mean it's just a zero star hotel, let's be honest! I just could not cope so I run away the next day and only did 1 night over the 5 nights I've paid in...
